The dining experience is at an intimate, 24-seat U-shaped bar plus a cozy lounge for pre and post dinner drinks.Heading the culinary team at Kata Nori is Executive Chef/Owner Anh Pham, who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Kansas City. Chef Pham previously served as the lead chef at Uchi, a renowned sushi restaurant in Texas. His expertise and dedication to quality will contribute to the exceptional dining experience at Kata Nori.The founders Nam Phan, Kyung Kim, and Chef Pham are Kansas City natives.
