Our executive chef, Mr. Jose Joel Molina, is the owner of our restaurant. Mr. Jose Joel Molina's parents lived in Morrocco, and he speaks several languages, including Spanish, French, English, Arabic, and Italian. I really like Twist for so many reasons! The artful Mediterranean decor is inviting. Their prices are reasonable, the menu is unique and diverse, and the food is GOOD. This past visit did not measure up to that. The steak my partner ordered was tough, the music was cranked up louder than usual, on top of that two tables were quite rowdy. The sound echoed in the room- we could not hear ourselves and were not able to converse at all. On top of that, we had a young person with us- every other word from one of the tables was m-ther f-ker or another expletive. This was at 4 in the afternoon.

Very good food. Pleasant service but it felt very rushed, like they wanted us gone ASAP. Took one of our plates while the other still had a very large portion. Brought our check without us asking and while we still had half a bottle of mimosa left. Came back to try to pick up the check when we hadn’t dealt with it yet. Cleared the table of glasses, maple syrup, etc before we even paid the check. There were open tables and we had been there for less than 30 minutes so we didn’t understand the rush.

Valentine's day dinner. The food was good but not great. Creme brulee was watery for some reason. The space in the back of the restaurant where we sat had too many tables and the staff and customers kept brushing against us. Our waiter was a bit unkempt. On balance, the experience was positive but unremarkable.

We hosted a sit down dinner and dance party for 50 here recently. The staff were extremely flexible, nice and accommodating. Dinner was served efficiently and the food was very good. The outdoor covered space space worked really well - with fans and A/C splits in case it's hot out and roll-down clear sides in case of rain. We added a balloon arch, flowers and some other decor, but the space already looks festive at night with lights strung around entry and across the roof. The servers were also helping with the wines we brought, twist is byob and its the best byob in the city ,Overall, a great place to host an event.

This restaurant was a disappointment. The salad was not fresh especially the tomatoes. The vegetables that accompanied the salmon was not fresh. The Greek quesadilla was very salty. In addition, we were never offered any drinks although there was a bar. The only saving grace were the desserts. We would not recommend this place.

We stopped here for brunch as this place was rated well. The bacon was a disgusting patty of grease cheap bacon, the Belgium waffle was basically an ego waffle and the almond croissant French toast was simply bread soaked in syrup. No one stopped by once to check on us and the check was basically dropped on our table with barely too words. The staff looked annoyed to be there. It was a very subpar brunch on our anniversary weekend. I cannot recommend.

A cute bistro in Fells Point. It was raining and there were a ton of folk waiting to be seated for brunch. We had reservations so we only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. Seating was reduced since no one could sit outside. Great menu options, servers were nice and attentive as they could be seeing the place was packed. Food was good...I would definitely go back.

It had been way too long since we visited Twist - mainly due to the pandemic and our age. We have missed our friends there and their delicious food. We made a reservation for an early brunch. We were so excited to see Mouhcine, the owner, and his mother, Sadia. They welcomed us back with open arms. We know it has been a struggle for all restaurants, and we were so pleased that Twist weathered the storm. The restaurant looks great inside and out. The extra dining area outside in front of the restaurant is so inviting. Alex, our server, was friendly and attentive. I decided to try something new. I ordered the California Omelet. It was a nice-size omelet filled with tomato, onion, red and green peppers, and Monterey Jack cheese. It was topped with sour cream and served with hashbrowns and an English muffin. There were 3 mini mozzarella balls, an Avocado slice, as well as a strawberry and an orange slice. It was a great presentation, and it was delicious. My husband had the Eggs Benedict with ham on an English muffin with a lemon dill hollandaise sauce. It was served with hashbrowns. We were so happy to be there today and look forward to many more enjoyable meals in the future.

Food is always spectacular, but we didn’t feel too important too out waiter. Took a while for Us to order food, and get glasses, but once we did it flowed and we enjoyed our time!

This is a nice restaurant with good atmosphere. As a BYOB establishment, I’m not a fan of a corkage fee but I guess it covers the cost of providing and cleaning the glasses. Overall it was enjoyable and I would go back again.
