   Pesto pasta was delicious, I’d definitely get that again! Great food and great service but it’s a busy place so do not expect an intimate dinner setting in case that’s what you are looking for.

   Panang Curry dish and Ramen dish were both excellent. Server was friendly and attentive. Overall high quality food, just a tad overpriced, but would return.

   Had a lovely time on a lazy-ish Sunday. Flatbread made a great starter; enjoyed the breakfast tacos; and the spaghetti squash casserole is always a winner.

   The food was good. Craft cocktails were great. Unfortunately we were seated next to the kitchen so it was kind of loud. Server was pretty knowledgeable about items on the menu which was a nice change. She was SUPER nice, but not over bearing, and was just over all nice have as our waitress, very good at her craft. Most restaurants the wait staff has no idea about anything on the menu and can communicate. She suggested a great wine for what I was wanting. Food was a little delayed, still good. My husband had the Ancient Grains Bowl with Tofu (he's vegetarian) which was REALLY good, lots of flavor, and made me wish I had gotten it as well. I had the Lasagna Bolognese, which was as expected. Kind of lacking, but I think that was because of what my husband had and it was more flavorful. The only downfall was the waitress taking our order with used/dirty dishes from the table next to us in her hands. Kind of gross, IMO. But we will be back because for the most part the food and overall experience was good and we have an idea of what to expect for next time. And will be requesting we sit in the same waitresses section because she was personable, knowledgeable and could communicate.

   I had the chicken ramen and it was excellent. My date had the burger + hash which was average. The menu is too long in my opinion, and not as inspiring as the hype would suggest. It feels a little like a suburbanized version of a food-to-table cafe - in its size, design and fare. I would return, but there are a ton of better options in Denver if you are looking for similar food quality with a much more appealing and intimate vibe.

    Love the menu at True Foods, and thought I would try it again on the early side, 11 AM on a weekday, to avoid the noise so my friend and I could have a conversation. It was just fine for a while but by noon the place was packed and we could barely hear each other. My entree was very good but not as hot as it should have been. In the future, I’ll eat here only if I can get an outdoor table, or indoors during very off peak hours.

    My quiche had obviously been made in advance and was reheated. A little chewy around the edges and not warm the whole way through. Also a very tiny portion compared to my friend’s breakfast tacos. Drinks were in point though. So was service.

    Mother/Daughter Brunch here was lovely. Service was excellent, food was yummy and nourishing. Ginger and lime mimosa was a nice, new take on a classic cocktail. We were on the early side and the restaurant was not completely filled. Highly recommend both the avocado toast and the spicy panang curry!

    We just keep having disappointing experiences here at True Food Kitchen. The prices keep creeping up and the portion sizes keep getting smaller. The service wasn't very good either, with all of the things that annoy us, like taking plates of food away without asking if we've finished with it or not. It's time to take our money elsewhere.

    One of the benefits of True Foods is a menu that is more health conscious. When dining with peers that have food allergies or dietary restrictions I am insured True Foods menu can accommodate and/or facilitate their requests. Always a positive dining experience concerning food and service.

    The food is always so fresh. It’s not too loud so you can actually hear what you’re saying and what your date or whatever is saying. Love this place. I come all the time!

    Sadly True Foods has less vegan options than it used to and honestly, the salads are way overpriced. The food is good, but with so few vegan options and the high price I won’t be frequenting True Foods as often as I used too.

    Arielle took amazing care of us. I’m eating Whole 30. She allowed me to order a custom meal and she even added suggestions, such as the pesto and adding avocado. This was the one and only time I went to a restaurant on this eating regiment, and Airelle made it possible. Kudos and cannot wait to come back!
