Bianca's menu ranges from a simple bowl of spaghetti carbonara to a Tuscan-style steak and a bottle of old Barolo. Featured dishes: shrimp scampi on soft polenta; frisee salad with fried oysters, poached egg, and pork belly; seafood fritto misto; salmon saltimbocca-style with sage and crispy pancetta; numerous pastas and superb pizzas; Chianti- braised short rib, and lamb shank in rich pan juices. Service was poor and food over priced for what it was. I booked for my sons 21st birthday as we were staying in the hotel attached to this restaurant.They knew it was his birthday and I told them it was his birthday on the night and no one even wished him happy birthday never mind offered some cake despite staff singing happy birthday to another client!! Would not go back and would not recommend this restaurant very very disappointing

The cocktails, entrees and desserts were all delicious. In addition, they were able to prepare a flavorful meal for someone with food allergies to black and white pepper. Would definitely return.

Our waitperson, Tina, was phenomenal! She had recommendations and was just the right amount of attentive to make our late night dining experience excellent. Food was delicious, served hot, and nicely prepared and presented. With the 4.1 overall rating, we were slightly hesitant to chose, but so glad we did.

Great find, close to Times Square and Penn Station. Decor a bit generic, but the food and service made it a not important. Service was attentive and helpful. Carbonara was recommended and my husband said it was very good. Large shrimp with the tasty risotto. Filet cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend!

The restaurant is a surprise for mid-town Manhattan. Quiet ambiance, with nice decor. Our waitress was absolutely outstanding. She had a great sense of humor and served us with attention and professionalism. The menu was varied and everything ordered was delicious and executed very nicely. Overall a keeper as a mid-town destination.

We went early (5:30pm) and there weren't many other customers so we got a lot of service - the servers were so nice and informative. You HAVE to have the calamari - it was delicious!!!!

I made a reservation for a business happy hour for 8 people. Unfortunately we had 4 last minute cancellations. Our waiter says “well we need to split the tables up then”; meanwhile, there was no one in the restaurant. When he came back he asked what we were having for dinner and we said we’re only having drinks. He came back 10 minutes later and asked what we were having again. We said we’re only having drinks. Our waiter audibly says “Wooooowww” and then grabs our menus. Never in my life have I been so disrespected by a waiter. We felt pressured into ordering an appetizer but clearly the waiter was expecting tip money. Do NOT go to this restaurant. Tip money from drink is better than no tip at all.
