   Awful…awful experience. The staff didn’t even have a table ready for me eventhough I had a restaurant and it was Mother’s Day. The phone system was a disaster as no one picked up the phone and you can’t even leave a message. Worst experience ever.

   10/10. One of the best dining experiences I've had in a while (even compared to Michelin star competition). Cocktails were incredibly unique. Ribeye was stellar. Brittany was a true gem; top notch service

   Cinco de Mayo $5 Tacos was a dud. The service was very much lacking. The waitresses did not speak English and paid very little attention to us a reserved table of 4. The tacos finally arrived after what seamed like a very long wait , on two plates for 4 guests. I was seriously not impressed at all. Who does that? Each of us ordered two tacos. There was an order of 3 alcoholic beverages and one ginger ale. The ginger ale was ok. Two of three guest was not a fan of the margaritas. The manager came over and apologized after I stated that the review will reflect the service received. He was genuine and offered his apologies and asked us to forgive him. Of course he wanted to know how the tacos tasted , because it was not their specialty. Except for the fish taco we could not identify the other tacos by appearance. I kinda expected to be directly served the tacos I ordered on my own plate as did the other guests. We had to ask for plates to place our individual tacos. The manager offered the La Bamba dessert as a complimentary gesture to us which we accepted. Nice of him. The bill arrived with the cost of the dessert, La Bamba on it. Wow! It was removed from the bill because we caught it. Needless to say, having a bill south of $200. is still a reason to deliver excellent food and customer service. This was the second Cinco de Mayo event I’ve attended at Toro Toro and I will definitely not be attending another taco event here ever again nor will I invite or encourage my friends to attend again. Certainly, we would have ordered from the main menu and chose not to as a result of the service we experienced and was subject to. I’ll rate this visit 2 star. Really just passable and unacceptable.

   Terrible experience with this restaurant all the menu is spicy food. But they don’t say until you’re there. Do not recommend! The service is not good!

    I’m a regular over 10 years for Easter and Mother’s day Brunch. I went alone this time,no one stoped at my table, no Bunny, no photograph, no mimosa guy, I was totally ignored, and costed me same as any adult in a big group $150.22 The Brunch is amazing and I see nothing wrong going alone. I don’t have small children anymore, but I still would like to have a nice celebration, not a sad one because my table is small. I would not recommend to someone alone.

    Easter brunch was fabulous.Nice to have fun music but they did not take a break so a bit too loud and monotonous. Staff are fantastic!!!!!!!! Will return. One request is more plain vegetables please!!!

    The presentation of the dishes was excellent! The flavor was amazing and on the spot. Service was very precise and not too overwhelming. The service staff was there exactly when needed. The ambience of the restaurant is very dimmed and intimate. My only complaint is that the tables are very close to each other, but at the time of our reservation the restaurant wasn’t full, so we didn’t have a problem. I’d def go back to try the rest of the dishes we couldn’t try.

    Absolutely fabulous. In a time where buffet brunches are slow to return this was a welcome surprise. Hotel was fab. Meal was awesome. Great variety sushi, raw bar, breakfast, salads and some of the best lamb chops and beef tenderloin with chimichurri. Must visit when in Miami. Got our moneys worth.

    Incredible food!!! I was a little worried since I had booked this dinner for 12 people and the menu was a bit unusual. No worries!! Everyone found a great dish or two to order.

    Food was great. We started with the guacamole. It was delicious. Next we had the heirloom salad perfection. I had the snapper and my husband had the ribeye. We finished with the Habano dessert. Super creative presentation and taste. It was my hubby’s birthday. Great experience. Our server was super attentive she made our experience special.

    The food was subpar. The meat was dry, shrimp were flavorless (just fried- no seasoning or sauces), and the sides were underwhelming. The drinks were good and the service was fantastic. Not worth the money.

    Great ambiance, great food, great service. Very elegant. Note that the o line menu is NO longer the menu you’ll see in the restaurant. Gone are oysters and most other seafood. Yes, ceviche and shrimp, as well as “fried snapper” (no, not the traditional Caribbean whose fried fish, but broiled filets—which are delicious, but not as advertised). Again, the food is great, but if you, like me, expect seafood options, forget it.

    Meal was generally pretty good. The serving staff seemed annoyed that we came in and was attempting to clear food before we had finished eating. Service was reasonably prompt, but overall a forgettable experience for the price. I would highly recommend the Brussels spouts as a side, they were perfect.
