Food was not as good as in the past. Lamb entrée was just average. Such a great place-they need to have more specials, especially on Friday and Sat nights
Super positive. Great experience
It was Monday night so very quiet which is what we like. Nice to have conversation without competing with loud music. Portions are very reasonable. I had the Lamb Osso Buco which was very good. However my friend was disappointed in the Shrimp dish, forgot the name but it was accompanied by greens n garlic I believe. Need some better seasoning. Otherwise all the other corses were excellent.
Food was delicious and we love the small plates they offer. Wonderful wine selection. Definitely one of our favorites!
Great small restaurant in a unique town. Food and service were great.
The food at the Vineyard Winebar is incredibly good. The staff there is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to the selections of wine that are available. You will not be rushed when you're having your meal. Cap it off with their ice cream.
We had a nice evening. Everything would be 5 stars, except we ordered a bottle of our favorite wine to take with us, and we didn't check in the bag until after we left. It was not the wine we ordered, and it wasn't very good.
Enjoyed. Only negative was where we were seated. Near the door, cold burst of air each time it was opened.
They went out of their way to make the dinner really special including reserving the table in the back room which was so nice felt like a private dinner. Our server Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. It was a wonderful experience can't wait to go again.
Wonderful lunch with nice Malbec pairing. The lobster bisque had a nice pepper/ Old Bay kick to it. Very low dB level too. VWB is our favorite “go to” restauranr in Havre de Grace. Highly recommend.
Was there on a Saturday night with another couple. The four of us had a wonderful time. The wine was very reasonably priced, the food was excellent and the service was great.
A truly interesting and varied menu, with an even more interesting and varied wine list. Our server was friendly, well-informed, and able to make good recommendations. Our entrees were delicious and well prepared and attractively presented, although the portion sizes were truly small for the prices charged.
Went to try out the new menu and were not disappointed! Started with crab ravioli and lobster bisque (more like soup, hardly any cream but still good...would not order again though), both wife and I then had strawberry fields salads and chicken Oscar and both were incredible. A glass of Sancerre each and it was a great meal....this is one of our 3 go to places and remains on that list! Could not recommend it more....
Soup was not available after it was on the sign and ordered. No substitute to offer.
Restaurant was empty with just one person at the bar that left before us.
Great experience, delicious food, reasonable prices. Such a great place to have in Havre de Grace. Can’t believe I hadn’t been there before but I will definitely be going more often
We loved our visit to The Vineyards, a great way to celebrate a special occasion. Our server Ashley was very attentive and considerate of our needs. Her wine recommendations matched our preferences very well. The food was delicious, taste was complex. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars in every category was because the noise level was a little higher than my liking for a restaurant/wine bar of this style. Not much that can be done for the noise in the space that The Vineyards has available, so not a major complaint. Guests simply must check out their side room, complete with cozy fireplace and sitting area.
Always love our experience here- great food, good portion sizes, friendly people.
Excellent meal with my wife, always good service and very nice selection of wine. Casual but classy venue.
It was a nice half hour in the other direction from my significant others home. It is a nice diversion from heading to Baltimore for fine dining.
As always, the Vineyard Wine Bar delivers as the hidden jewel of Harford County. Even four years after moving away, we still make it a point to return here every year to keep in touch with old friends and to experience a wonderful evening of exquisite food and the best selection of wine in the region.
Great ambience, fabulous food and wine choices, and wonderful staff!
It's been a while since we ate here, and we missed it. Surprised by a new menu, we had a hard time choosing from many delectables, but we knew we couldn't go wrong with anything. We had a pate appetizer, and chose the steak au poivre and the duck confit for our meals. It was a celebration, so we splurged on thrice cream and cheese cake desserts... and all of this with a bottle of Camay (#600 on the wine list). Next time, when we make our reservation, we'll remember to ask for the inside room, since it was a little noisy at the bar.
Usually good crowd, but this Sunday night hardly anyone. Hot inside, smell of kitchen, and not a very enthusiastic service crowd. Reminded immediately that kitchen was closing at 7, so get in your order. Slow service and food was very mediocre. Wine good as always, but very disappointing evening with some out of town friends.
Love love love this place so perfect for so many things. Date night, birthdays, dinner parties, business parties...
Amazing food, helpful staff, wonderful wine that staff is knowledgeable about!! Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday celebration :)
Simply delicious. So many interesting choices. Loved the Brussels sprouts flatbread.
The suggested wine pairings were excellent, and the food was amazing. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, and how reasonably priced everything was.
Really cute place. The pour of the wine by the glass is short but you can simply buy the bottle. Bottle of wine was reasonably priced. Food was different n very good. Every time the door opened the whole restaurant was freezing, need a vestibule or no tables by the door. I mean freezing.
I love The Vineyard food, atmosphere, and service. It is always guaranteed to be good.
A comfortable and relaxed environment . Tables and bar area and a lounging area in an adjacent room Excellent food and service and a place we keep coming back to.
Once again we had a fantastic lunch! We had a flatbread brochette as an appetizer that we absolutely loved. We had a chicken salad wrap and the beet salad as our luncheon main entree. They were both very
delicious. Our server was very attentive and supportive of our selections. Would definitely recommend and will return again.
Always great food, pick a wonderful wine, sit by the fireplace.
Awesome awesome awesome
In town overnight. Discovered this outstanding venue with a fabulous wine selection at fair prices and wonderfully prepared tapas style dishes full flavored. A totally unexpected evening.
Excellent food, excellent wine choice and excellent service. We go there often and are rarely, if ever disappointed.
This is the perfect little place to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, or just have a quick date night at the bar. The food is amazing, you just have to remember you're paying for quality not quantity. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was I have had a waitress who wasn't very knowledgeable in the wines they offered. She was a great server but some direction on how to narrow down the list would have helped us a lot! I can't wait to go back again.
The mussels were delish and the spiced rabbit sausage in the Not Your Mother’s Goulash added just the right kick for a scrumptious supper.
The new menu is great. Try the OssoBuco or the steak.
