   The food was great! Our waiter was outstanding. When he realized that the kitchen had run out of the au gratin and it would take 15-20 minutes to make me one, he brought me a small bowl of wonderful soup at no charge! He took very good care of our entire table and was friendly while doing it. We’ll be back!!

   Low country boil was really good! Corn on the cob was not so great but shrimp sausage potatoes excellent! You gotta try the stuff mushroom appitzer!Crab meat n mushrooms were delicious! First time there ! I’d go back!

    We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Our server was pleasant and the portion sizes were great. Totally enjoyed being able to make a reservation on line that was handled appropriately. Parking, as you are well aware, is an issue. If lot across from establishment is full, would be helpful to have a sign notifying potential customers, instead of everyone driving in and trying to get out while others are trying to get in.

    The food was a long time coming- even though our orders were taken quickly. We ordered shrimp tacos and oysters Rockefeller. Oysters were crunchy with shell bits and the shrimp tacos were moderately warm with only a few shrimp in each taco. The hush puppies were awesome

    Same great food I remember from all most 30 years ago. The biggest difference this time was our server- her name is Ty. Every one should request her if you are a good tipper because she deserves it!

    We arrived for our reservation at 7pm about 5 min. early. Host stated he'd be with us in a few minutes bc he was cleaning tables. He returned 2 more times to ask how he could help us. 🤣 Our food was excellent (shrimp poboy, fried dinner sampler, crab soup) Fried shrimp tasted just like I was used to having on the MS gulf coast. The fried flounder my husband had was truly the best piece of fried fish Id ever eaten. The crab cakes were delicious, but just a tad too spicey for me. My husband said they were perfect. Server was very busy, but made us feel like we were her only guests. (I witnessed her be this way with each of her tables). Long blonde braided hair, I cannot remember her name) she truly was the ice on the cake. Really glad we are here. Will be back at our next visit to Savannah.

    The food was OK but not great. Our waitress got two of the four things we ordered wrong, but not drastically so. A bit noisy but it was a holiday weekend and they did seem to get everyone seated in a timely fashion. Drinks were weak to say the least, both in content and taste. Would have to give a "so-so" to this one.

    Our dinner at the Shrimp Factory was edible, but not great. Our waiter was nice, but not overly attentive. The food was luke-warm, we weren’t asked for refills until we were ready to leave, and my wife’s shrimp/crab legs dinner was almost double the price of The Crab Shack, which was a larger portion and WAY better!     The server was unconcerned with if the order was right or if the food came out on time. The server was not friendly and seemed confused at times by bringing the wrong order to our table. The server said he couldn’t tell us the beers on tap because “he wasn’t allowed in the bar area” and I had to go to the bar myself to find out what was available. Once I did receive the beer it was a strange color and consistency and tasted horrible. It was undrinkable and this was expressed to the server but still was on the tab. Tried two other beers that also didn’t taste as expected. The appetizers came out relatively quickly and tasted great. Our meals took almost an hour to come out and the restaurant wasn’t full. The server kept blaming the kitchen. It was the only place in the area that had a reservation available at 5pm on a Monday and now we know why. We will never go back ever

    We were on a bachelorette trip in Savannah this weekend and it was my second time at the shrimp factory. Food was great! I got the shrimp and crab bisque for an app and then the shrimp and crab au gratin for my entree, both were really delicious! Marquise gave us outstanding service with answering our questions and cleaning empty dishes from the table. Their live music was a nice touch as well.

    Our experience was excellent. We got calamari, stuffed mushrooms, and oysters Rockefeller, shrimp and crab au gratin, and the pine bark stew. All fresh and hot and delicious! Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. Also, my mom dropped her hotel key on the floor by the table and the host called us on my cell phone so they could return the key. We will definitely be back!
