The Perfect Pint - West
Every single time I go there - great service, great food and quick - I work in the area so always need to go back within my lunch hour. One of my favorite restaurants!!
fish and chips were great south west eggrolls and salad with shrimp excellent good deals for city
This is our go-to restaurant in NYC. Great food, amazing beer selection and wonderful atmosphere.
Surprisingly good pre-Broadway Show meal! The burgers we ordered were tasty and of good quality. My cocktail was good, and my husband enjoyed his glass of wine. We ate upstairs which was pleasant as compared to downstairs which was much louder.
Were seating immediately even though we were early for dinner reservation. Wonderful menu selection. Great prices for NYC. 2-3 minute walk from Lion King theater. Convenient walk from Subway stop. Very quickly received food. Attentive service. Overall, one of favorites in NYC!
Very pleasantly surprised. Lovely find with very good food and service. The chicken pot pie was thoroughly enjoyed. The Greek Goddess salad with shrimp was delicious. Always a little nervous when ordering shrimp addition. Got 6 nice sized shrimp, well-cooked, without a trace of iodine. Everything going by also looked terrific. Sat in the room on the 2nd floor. Might have tried the rooftop if we had known from the get-go there was as elevator. Definitely a keeper!!!
The service and food were excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Really Good food. Loved the rooftop seating. Not great service. Had to hunt down someone to get a drink and to bring us our check. Then had to find her again to give her payment.
My friend and I had a wonderful early dinner here!! We had play tickets and were not rushed to leave. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Took waitresses recommendation of shepherds pie and fish & chips ✔️✔️✔️
The lobster bisque was disappointing because of the fake lobster and processed broth/cream. The fish and chips were awful. The fish tasted like it sat under a lamp way to long.
the food was cooked well. I only had a salad but the chicken was tender and the special dessert, tiramisu, was delicious. The service was friendly and quick.
Also we had a reservation for 8 people in the restaurant they didn’t keep any table for us. We left the restaurant!!
The Perfect Pint West gives consistently great service and consistently great food. I have a couple of favorite items on the menu, so I usually order the same things. But anyone else who has come with me and ordered other meals has loved the food as well. The perfect Pint West is friendly, fun, clean, and comfortable, and has great ambiance.
Reliably our favorite!
Chicken dumplings were fresh and tasty. Really enjoyed kale and quinoa salad with shrimp and the lemon basalmic dressing went perfect with it. Great service
In the heart of Times Square where you don't expect to find more than the regular chains there is a great place for a pint. In fact the perfect pint! Had the Shepards pie and it was good. I want to go back and have the pot pie. The Guinness was fresh and there is a big lineup of pumps to select from.
Table was ready. Waitress was courteous and attentive. Food was very good with a great value for NYC. Would definitely go again and recommend. First time I used Open Table and it worked out fine.
This is a large venue and when I arrived at 12:30 PM for lunch, there were only two other customers in the establishment. It was a dark and uninviting atmosphere. The menu was mundane, the same as every other Irish pub in NYC. I shan't return, I'm afraid.
As the food and service was very good......was a little expensive
Good food, nice beer list, good service.
Our server Mick is always a pleasure and very welcoming. The food is always cooked fresh and delicious. Will definitely go back!
Awesome beer list which is essential for an Irish pub. Our new NYC pub.
Very nice Irish pub. Dined on top floor. Nice and quiet other floors noisy. Has specials. Nice menu. Friendlier Irish staff. Will return
This is a quaint restaurant. Food was good as well as service. My husband and I had an early meal before our show which was walking distance to the restaurant. (Theater District) A "pre-fixed" menu was offered but we opted to order off the regular menu. I had the Sheperds' Pie and my husband had the Fish and Chips. It was ample food for a reasonable price. Also had the steamed dumplings as an appetizer and those were delicious!!! Irish tavern but offered Irish and well as American food selections on the menu. Server was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!!
As soon as you enter the Perfect Pint, you feel the high level of energy! It is a great space, including upper floors as well. Two people who appeared to be management, were both concerned with providing a good experience. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The food was good, I was especially pleased with the glass of Pinot Noir they served.
Had our 39 wedding anniversary there, the meal was well prepared and tasty. Service also good, however, they move their customers rather fast. Beer section outstnding. Noise level well....hard to hear what your saying, extreamly loud. Might be good after 39 years....lol
The Perfect Pint was a great place to grab a good meal, decent prices with great service. We were seated right away, drinks in a jiff and food out in record time. The burgers were great and the prices weren't crazy for NY. Lots of drink specials and friendly service. Would go here again.
I would go back to this restaurant in a heartbeat. My daughter got a turn and the manageress cant remember her name but she was a Limerick lady went above n beyond to help us. They couldn't have done any more and they didn't even charge for my daughters meal as she was not able to eat it. I would definitely recommend it and will be back to eat their again.
We have been there a few times , mostly before a play, always accommodating due to time restrictions and always a pleasant experience. Wait staff friendly, food delicious, drinks superb......
It's an Irish Pub and knowing that it's great1 A lot of fun, good value and good pub food
I work in the area, and every time I go to this restaurant, I get great service and great food!
The dumplings are good but then we ordered the gaelic burger. The burger was ok and the fries made me no longer hungry. They smelt like fish and tasted like fish. I don’t eat fish and I was grossed out.
sat on second floor empty very quite server was very good. I had fish and chips, its was ok, fish coating should have had a crunch, it was a bit soggy. My wife had shepherd's pie which was almost ALL mashed potatoes not good. Will not be returning.
Had a friend visiting from London and wanted him to feel "at home". What better place than an authentic Irish Pub? Reservations for 7 PM, arrived early. Sat at the bar and had a "pint", then upstairs to the dining room. Seated immediately and found wide selection on the menu. Waitress was friendly, knew the menu in detail and was always there but unintrusive. Food was excellent as was the ambiance. Next visit to New York I will return.
One of my favorite places to go for a good lunch. Most definitely recommend to anyone who works in the area or visiting.
The burgers were great and we were seated and served within twenty minutes. It was a Wednesday night and there were plenty of tables, but we had made a reservation. It was one of the best burgers I've had (Memphis Spiced BBQ) and definitely the best in NYC after living here for 2 months. The servers were very attentive and it was a great atmosphere for a casual meal - I'm sure it was louder downstairs where the bar was but the noise was minimal on the second floor.
Decent selection of beers, good food (gaelic burger was fantastic), beautiful set up and friendly service. Will be planning a return trip when the weather is warmer to hang out on their roof deck 😎
I booked the reservation for this pub because their beer menu listed my husband’s favorite beer as being on tap. They, however didn’t have it. Fortunately he really enjoyed the Perfect Pint Golden Wheat and the price for a beer was better there than most places. The food was good, not outstanding. Even though we had booked our reservation well in advance they were crowded and were going to stick us in a tiny area near the kitchen. When I told the hostess we had a reservation she accommodated us at a better table.
My husband and I were in NYC for our anniversary and LOVED The Perfect Pint! I had the crab cakes, which super moist and amazing, and my husband had the shepherds pie. Wine and beer menus were plentiful. Great experience!
Perfect Pint had quick service, excellent food, and incredibly reasonable prices! Yo
