It was my boyfriend's and my 1 year anniversary and we had a fantastic time. We changed our reservation about 4 times at least because of his changing schedule but everyone was very accommodating. The hosts took us to our seats with a beautiful single rose in a vial of water and a card. Our server Mya was excellent! We were very impressed with her menu knowledge and recommendations. She was personable, attentive, and overall a phenomenal server. As a server myself, she did everything just right. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Xan was amazing! We had special dietary restrictions and they showed caution and found substitutions with ease. There was a rather difficult patron in the restaurant and the staff handled the situation discreetly and professionally to ensure other patrons weren’t bothered. Thank you guys for all you did!

I don't know if it was a fluke day for the Melting Pot or if it was because the sever we have always had no longer works there. We have been going here for 7yrs now. The highlight of the night was the bartender making my fiance drink. They seated us where we requested not to be seated unless we wanted to wait for 30min. We get to our table the waiter finally comes about 10min later. Our first order comes. He leaves, not realizing we have no silverware. When he comes back we have to ask for it. Then we get to the main course; he takes the order and comes back with it. However, half of my meal was not right. During this, he kept forgetting to put our drink order in at the bar. By this time, we were done. Our anniversary date was ruined. We asked for the check. I asked when he placed my order and asked what he added input. He input the correct order but didn't bring the right order to our table. He said that he would talk to the manager to see what they could do. The check came he either he didn't talk to the manager or they weren't willing to assist us in anything. Oh, and we also had to request a second time for a receipt. So I don't know if it was a fluke day or their standard has melted away.

Our waitress was lovely but very busy which led to a lot of waiting and often next courses coming without the table being cleared first. Food delicious and the table next to us was SO loud! Dinner took 3 hours!!!

Had a bad experience at this location over the weekend. Went for a birthday, with a reservation for 4. Even though we requested two burners - we were told they were already reserved (even though we had a reservation). So, our party had to share a single burner for 4, had to pick all the same cooking styles even though we paid for 4. Our waitress forgot multiple things, had to request potatoes, sides, etc. the “birthday experience” I paid for was trash. It consisted of a small hand size balloon at the table with chocolate. The description stated we would have a group photo taken and have multiple balloons at the table. No one even acknowledged her birthday until at the end our server brought a plate with happy birthday written on it. Lol it was pretty much a joke. It’s sad because melting pot is usually a very cool experience and I was hoping to share it with a loved one for their birthday - seeing as how they had never gone. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to this location. It’s too expensive to have such a let down.

Me and my husband went to dine for valentines Day and the whole dinner experience was excellent down to the servers, management and the extra amenities added like photo taken with cute valentine theme with balloons , rose petals on table and a gift at the end . We went here for our last date night as an engaged couple and our server, Chris, was amazing. The food was too! But we got what we needed, which was a slow paced four course dinner, a night of calm before the week ahead of us (we're getting married on the 18th). It was exactly what we needed. The food and atmosphere were great, but it was Chris that truly made the experience that much greater. We're definitely going back!

Overall it was good. We have been going to the Melting Pot for years, Towson as well as other locations and it felt a bit rushed this time. Rather than having a few minutes between courses they were stacked on one another. Our bill was brought to us barely into our final course. While reservations are now in 2 hr increments, we were well under that time frame and felt like we were being pushed out the door.

Dining is always fun at The Melting Pot. Our waiter, Zack was terrific. There is a good selection of items to choose from and the combination dinners are perfect for family dining. Prices are too high, however, and there should be accommodations for smaller appetites, both children and seniors. If there are other options, we were not told about them and they are not listed on the menu.

Slightly different then what we’re used to with fondue for two- different ingredients at times (which weren’t for the better), waiter seemed distracted with the younger table patrons and it’s usually chilly in the Melting Pot, but it was freezing in Towson. I’ll stick to Annapolis.

We went to the Melting Pot to celebrate my son's 14th birthday. It was me and 4 teenage kids and everyone had a great time. The service was great. They explained everything to us and the kids all had a great time cooking their food and especially loved the desert. The servers were all very kind and right on top of everything. They definitely made it a great night for my son. Best birthday dinner yet.

Went for dessert chocolate fondue. Sticky table and placed by the door. Every time it opened, which was often, a cold breeze would interrupt. Annapolis Melting Pot is a better option if you had to pick between them.
