The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc the hostess was NOT friendly or polite. She didn't smile not one time welcoming us to their establishment. But besides her, our waiter was excellent, food was outstanding. Romantic and Delicious. Can't wait to go back.

The food and service was spot on as usual. We had a great time! The only negative was the family that brought in a small an very loud baby that decided to pitch a tantrum. I blame the adults and not the restaurant. We all breathed a Avery big sigh of relief when they left with toddler in tow.

Food and service was really good. We were disappointed that we were seated in the back party room at a table for 4 when there was just the 2 of us celebrating our anniversary. We were the only party of 2 back there and the room was filled with large parties. We previously had upgraded our table to the Romance Package which we felt like was a total waste of money. Not exactly the quiet romantic setting we expected from this restaurant.

His customer service, friendly disposition and knowledge of the menu was on point and very helpful for us newbies. We ended the night with a picture of Jacob, my daughter and her friends! Haley took great care of us and all the other servers in the area made sure to check on us as they passed by as well. It felt like by the time we left, every staff member had at some point dropped by to make sure our meal was perfect. Classic Alpine cheese is the way to go! I will DEFINITELY be back sometime in the near future.

I haven't visited since Covid... but the quality of the food too a nose dive. Got the 2 person dinner. The Alpine Fondue was too salty. The meats were flavorless and chewy. The chocolate (flaming turtle) was way too sweet that it tasted fake. The salad was the only good part of the meal. For $60 per person it was disappointing.

Food was good, as usual, but our server seemed overloaded, frustrated, and overwhelmed. At one point, it looked like she had at least five tables. Because of this, she could not possibly provide the level of service expected. This really diminished our overall dining experience. We did speak to one of the managers on duty about this, but he either didn’t care, or he was also overloaded.

The Melting Pot is always a fun night out but more a special occasion spot for us due to the cost. $250 for four is a bit much for uncooked meat, but the kids enjoy it and we go as a reward for good grades or special achievements. Service is always perfect and never had a bad experience.

Had to wait too long for the food that we had to cook ourselves. For $50.00 the meat portion was too small. The fondue dessert was great. Many other hot pot restaurant give you all the meat you can eat for less than $50.00 and the protein is just as good. Would I return?The answer is yes. Why? For the dessert.

Wildly disappointing experience. We have been to the melting pot 3 dozen+ times but this was our first at this location. Salad was poorly made and would have sent it back if the service wasn’t so bad. Didn’t get cocktails until our 2nd course. Terrible, slow service despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Location is awful and we won’t be back.

My husband and I came here day after Vday. This was our first time here and it won't be our last! The food was really good! I def recommend the mojo broth for cooking and the curry dip! Our waitress was so nice! I forgot her name but shes from Iceland and she was so informative and friendly and we loved her! The only thing is we didn't have enough time planned for our babysitter so we didn't get to enjoy our dessert and had to take home. If you get 4 courses definitely plan to be here for about 3 hours. Our reservation was for 8 and we left about 10:20 and that was rushed (on our end) because we had to get home to relieve the babysitter. Other than not knowing how long this was going to be the whole experience is def worth it!

Nothing exciting to report. We used to always look forward to a visit to Melting Pot. (3to 4x a year) Now it just seems over priced and underwhelming. This experience sure was just a plain dinner. Delicious but over priced. Now having complained. I want to mention the manager was great. He gave my table and the one next to us a free champagne toast. However it was just before they sat a table of 10 people next to us.

This was my very first time at The Melting Pot, and I must say I was extremely impressed with everything. My hostess Haley was the most, always checking on us. Never once did we have to wonder where or when was she coming back to ask was everything ok. The cheese was my favorite because I'm a cheese connoisseur. The food was good and the fact that everything was hot was my favorite
