   Had a great experience with my girlfriend, celebrating our two-years together. We had both been before, but it was long ago, so it was, basically, a new experience for us. The atmosphere was cozy, the server was great (Anna), the food was delicious. The only difficulty I had was trying to see if our food was thoroughly cooked because of low light. However, the prices on the website did not match the of the menu and was more pricey than anticipated. It is a great place to celebrate a special occasion(s) on an infrequent basis and depending on your budget. I would recommend to my friends.

   The food was good but the service was really bad. For a table of 4, it took 3 hours. Our server frequently went missing for extended periods. She accidentally voided part of our order so it took 1.5hours to get our entrees. We then waited at least 30 minutes after we were done eating to get the table cleared for dessert. We requested the check at the same time as dessert which she brought but then went missing again. We finished dessert, waited 20 minutes and had to flag down another server to pay our checks.

   The food was good, as usual. The Alpine cheese was delicious with plentiful dippers. The dessert dippers seemed light compared to past trips; we had tons of chocolate left over once the plates were empty. The service was lacking; our waiter was nice but we had to keep getting other servers passing by to find him since he wasn't checking up on us. Drinks went empty and unnoticed. The entree vegetables had way too many mushrooms and only 3 total pieces of broccoli for 3 people. The new potatoes looked good but the seasoning/crust added nothing once they were boiled in the pot.

    The Melting Pot is an experience. It really depends on the staff how your experience will go. Started out OK. At the main course, our waiter forgot us and we were stranded with no drinks, no service, and an empty, hot pot. We waited for so long that we basically gave up on dessert, paid the check and left. The waiter did not apologize or even seem to care. He also made it so that we were required to tip him, despite the terrible service.

    Came in to the melting pot for a pre Valentine’s Day celebration since wifey had to work Tuesday. My reservations was for 7:30 but gave it a shot and went in at 6:30 to see if they had opening. They did and they was very accommodating. Our server was very helpful and total vibe. Definitely made our dining experience awesome. I forgot his name but will go back and request him if I get a chance to see him or describe them who he is.

    Always a great place for a celebration or just a fun and different night out! We were celebrating our daughter getting a new job and buying her first house and this is her favorite restaurant. Always delicious and always fun!

    KRIS our server was top-notch! He’s so good that after going to the melting pot for years, we are finally going to only ask for him the next time we go. We never feel rushed, or on the other hand, if we have a time limit they are always accommodating for date night, especially when it was celebrating Valentines this time :-)

    Boiling steak, shrimp, and chicken in a pot is not my idea of a 100.00 meal. The sauces were inedible! The only edible part of the meal was the chocolate fondue. Do yourself a favor DO NOT GO TO MELTING POT, unless you want to waste 2 hours and your money!

    The price has significantly increased since we were last at a Melting Pot. The service was very lackluster. Drinks were never checked on and we had to ask for refills when portions of the meals were brought. The cost ($300 for 4 people), it will be a long time before we come back.

    We had an excellent experience this past weekend. Loved the Spinach salad and Cheddar Bacon fondue with bourbon. The Bigger Night out was great as usual with two exceptions: the new potatoes ooze a lot of water when squeezed and taste like mush if left in pot more than 30 seconds; the salmon entrée is great but two pieces per person is never enough. The Staff was great, especially for a very busy evening.

    We were running a bit late for our reservation. We called and Chuck at the front desk was kind and accommodating. Andrew was our waiter and he was so kind and talkative. He amused our small talk and was very informative about the menu. It is a bit expensive but thankfully we had a gift card. It was a lovely experience and we are looking forward to our next visit.

    Our server, Derrell, was great-- very attentive and efficient. The gluten-free options were a little off. There was no GF bread, and all we got was a bowl of smashed-up chips. Also, the GF beer is no longer carried, which we loved with the cheddar. It would be great to carry GF beer, anyway. :) Lastly, please bring back the coliflower for the cheese and andouille as an entree choice!

    We hadn't been to the MP in almost a year. The last time there it was a total disaster. We were give a 150 dollar credit to return. We almost did not go but decided to give them another try. The melting pot is one of our favorite restaurants so when we have bad is it last year it was very unexpected. However, they made up for it last night. The food was excellent and our service was superb. Anna was our server and she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and had a great demeanor. She apologized for a last visit, and assured that everything will go great last night and it did.

    I’ve been going to Melting Pot for decades. Now sharing the tradition with the kids. We go at least once a year. This Annapolis location keeps missing the mark with service! Server was friendly but barely around to refill our drinks and check in on things. I barely could order two drinks from the bar. It also took a very long time for our main course to come out. We’ll always keep patronizing Melting Pot but I really wish we could get some attentive service!

    We came here for my birthday the day after Christmas. It was quite busy given the holidays, but the wait wasn't very long. Our server was Abby and she was an absolute delight! Despite the busy situation she was still warm, welcoming, and with a great sense of humor. I'll definitely be back to this location.

    I had the Thursdate option which came with rose petals on the table. It was such a nice set up for me and everything! Our server was very respectful, friendly, and gave assistance when needed because it was our first time. I would definitely recommend coming here for any occasion. They have a variety to choose from and all around good ambience!

    Server was very good. Food was good but there was a long hair hanging from a little cake It was cooked inside the cake. I would have normally said something to the server but it wasn’t his fault and I didn’t want to ruin our celebration of my daughter’s birthday. Manager was very nice and apologized for forgetting about bringing our birthday cake out.
