Great variety of food, awesome brie/fig jam grilled cheese, excellent margarita and service from Dee was outstanding
Food was reasonably priced and tasty
The long bar was different then most. Had a nice table reserved for the 2 of us.
From the ice cold beer to the delicious food and casual ambience, the Long Room is a great place to relax, have a nosh and a couple drinks before a show, or exploring the Times Square area.
Reliably good food. Good ambiance. Great location.
Delicious pub food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service. Can't wait to visit again.
We had a mini family reunion prior to a matinee across the street. I will say, it was quite empty considering the proximity to the theater. Maybe it was too early for the typical Broadway crowd. We arrived early and there were no issues accommodating us. The service staff was quite attentive from beginning to end. There were no complaints about any of the food. Our waitress took a group pic before we left.
Enjoyed our last few visits to The Long Room. Comfortable atmosphere - good service - really enjoy the comfort food. No pretense - just a reliable place for some food, a drink, and conversations with friends. Recommended!
Went with a small group prior to going to the theater. The Scottish decor was welcoming on a cold February day. The wait staff was attentive. Everyone in our party had something different and we all enjoyed it from the tuna bowl, steak bowl, salmon entree, chicken sliders and turkey burger. We started off with the warm pretzel which came with two sauces and was large enough to share. Couldn't pass up dessert. Cheesecake and chocolate cake were delicious. We sat at table high seating. But much of the seating is bar height. Recommended it to friends that were dining after the show.
Hi Mary, Thanks so much for your wonderful review and I'm so glad everyone enjoyed their meals! Hope to see you back again soon. Best, Tara - GM
Great appetizer selection to share. Food is of good quality for what you are paying. Typically quick service allows you to get in and out during lunch hour.
Great food. Good time!
Great service, best beef stew ever! Although it was loud, we were a party of 7 and sat in the back and could talk. Love this place!
Delicious food with wonderful vegetarian options, upscale pub ambiance, great service, one of our favorite places to go in the Times Square/Broadway area!
Reserved a standard table and received a high top. Otherwise, an excellent experience.
This place is good for a quick bite or a casual business meeting over lunch.
My wife was cold in front of door, after asking a couple servers we asked the hostess and she and the manager changed our table. Very accommodating and very appreciated!
We did Thanksgiving Day dinner and it was great and reasonably priced.
Servers were very friendly and accomodating. Food was delish
Great experience! Loved the fun atmosphere and steak sandwich. It’s the perfect place to grab a bite before a play.
I took a chance on the restaurant since I never had heard of it but, the menu looked good. I didn’t realize it was St. Andew’s. The people I brought loved it!
Went to watch Monday night football - perfect venue for this with a matching menu and excellent service
very good food, the beer selection is perfect, and the waiters were very friendly. Price/ Valu is absolute ok.
Server was horrible, did not place one of our parts order. I will not be going back to this restaurant.
Food is eh, service is on the apathetic side. I love how the waitresses ask you 30 seconds after you come in if you know what you want. The menus are on the table, it's obvious we haven't looked at them...it's always like that here. Feels like they want you in and out
Cod Fish (fish and chips) excellent. Hamburger juicy and great. Nice booth in the back.
It suited our needs. We were a large group and sat in a booth with 4 small tables. It was a bit awkward for all of us to talk. Food was good.
We always enjoy our meal and drinks when We go to the Longroom. We always leave satisfied.
Very casual pub scene, great service and wonderful food. Highly recommended for a casual meal.
This was my third time back this month!! Just can’t get enough of the edamame hummus!!!!
My husband and I had a pre theater lunch. We had a fish salad and a blue cheese burger. Both were delicious!
Beautiful pub, wonderful Irish staff, food is a cut above regular pub food. Perfect for pre theater lunch or dinner. Pizza is awesome!
Simple bar menu with fresh tasty items
Back for our second time while in NYC, and we enjoyed the Long Room just as much this time. Everything was as good as we remembered. We will definitely try to stop there again next time.
Don’t let appearances or first impressions fool you! The Long Room looks like a bar, but the food is fantastic and it is an excellent value. My wife had the salmon and I had the pan seared chicken and both were as good as anything we had all weekend during our dining experiences.
Meals were delicious and service was excellent. Noisy when a group of drinkers were near by.
Food was good and server was great. Very pleasant and attentive. System was down so a paper statement for credit card needed to be used. Decided to pay cash instead.
I have been to The Long Room before and enjoyed the service and food before. Now we were going to a Broadway Show and decided to try it again and it did not disappoint. We just shared the fish & chips which was *not* greasy, was crispy and flaky and delicious - the fries were wonderful as well. We happened to be going back to Times Square for another show the next day and my friend had the fish and chips again and I went with the burger that was cooked perfectly. This is now my new place for lunch before a matinee!
Took my niece for dinner before theater. Timely and friendly service made the dinner enjoyable. Many food options with a special that night on oysters.
Perfect for a post graduation lunch with friends. Great service and delicious beer!
