The service was extremely slow. They said the bar was backed up, because there was an event in town, our drinks didn’t even come until after our appetizers were finished. So very disappointed in the slowness.

There were two huge events in town that night and it was busy. Waiting 45 min for just our drinks to arrive is still crazy even on a busy night though. My starter caesar salad arrived to the table, then another came 20 min late. So did someone else not get their caesar salad ??? About 1 hour after ordering our meals, all our food came at once and was okay. Some steaks were to rare for what was ordered, but we didn't want to wait for it to be fixed so said nothing. All in all, it's not good when a table of 6 leaves your establishment joking about the service and food.

The food was great any the service by Eliza was awesome. I wouldn’t like to sit at the same table again as it was near the open door (good) but every server going to the patio walked past this table. Felt very busy.

We had a great time. Celebrating my and our sons birthday with family. Reservation had to be changed last minute to accommodate more people; no problem. Sat on rooftop patio; outstanding. Server was excellent. Food is generally predictably good and this was no exception. Thank you Keg for a great birthday dinner.

Service was really slow. Waitress may have been overwhelmed with too many tables. They comped our first round of drinks because it took too long. That was nice but then our waitress was pretty un attentive. Disappearing for long stretches saying she would be right back. It was my wife’s birthday and after that experience I feel I owe her another birthday dinner. Maybe my expectation was too high. Food was awesome on a good note and reasonably priced.

Service was great! Food was subpar. Caesar salad was good but prime rib was very average. I had ordered the “classic” prime rib which includes the salad. I got sautéed veggies with my meal but the others in my party did not order the classic meal and got fried onion strings rather than veggies. I thought that was very cheap. The garlic mashed potatoes were terrible, very thick almost glue like texture. I also have to say other than a few tweaks to menu to have something for vegans the menu has remained the same for decades. The 80’s called and they want their escargot and shrimp cocktail back.

The keg is very expensive but the food is delicious. The walls could use a wipe down as there were food splatters, crayon, and hand marks all over the wall behind me. This makes the price a little hard to swallow.

I ordered a Sirloin Steak, my usual order at the Keg many times before. This time, the steak was a bit on the chewy/ tough side. Usually it’s juicy and tender. Otherwise, it was ok and the Virgin Pina Colada was as usual awesome.

IT was my first time going. The meat that I order came over cooked. It was taken rapidly and I had another one just right and delicious. The service was amazing and very friendly. I will definently go back. Thanks The Keg for such a lovely Mother's day dinner.

The food and the service were outstanding! Our server, Denver, was friendly and very helpful. Everyone from the hostess to the manager made our dining experience exceptional. We loved our meals, and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

We were there at 4:30 PM. The quiet was bliss. The service and the food was excellent. The value? I can feed my family of six for two weeks for the same cost as that meal - $236.00 plus $30 tip. I won't be back to a Keg.

Our server Brandon was outstanding. Some of the best service we have had at the keg. We sat outside upstairs on the amazing patio and it was a tad cold. Brandon spent so much time trying to get a heat lamp to work for us. Food was delicious and the steaks were cut for us to share which was a really nice surprise! Will be back!

We sat in the roof, and it was a Friday night, so the atmosphere was good for sure. Service was solid, the waiter (Remi) was great. The food however, two apples: garlic cheese toast and calamari. Both were terrible. I always hesitate to go to the Keg. And this reinforces that hesitation. There's better places to spend your money on dining.

I love the Keg in Yaletown. It’s such a nice atmosphere. It’a great to go out with friends and actually be able to have conversations with subtle background music. Always fantastic service and great food.
