Set in a 1780 Pennsylvania Stone Farmhouse with deep windows and a warm pleasant atmosphere this is a family owned and operated restaurant that is recognized as one of the Best of Lancaster for dinner, Sunday Brunch, patio dining, wine list, atmosphere and romantic settings. Although our building is over 225 years old we update our menu daily! Change is a good thing at the Greenfield. We specialize in next day delivery of seafood while we continue to cut our own steaks. You will enjoy selections from our wine list that has been recognized by the Wine Spectator Magazine for over 9 years. Our patio and balcony over looking the bar is among our customers favorite requests for lunch and dinner seating, while the wine cellar has two of the most romantic tables in the area. If you are traveling, this is one of those restaurants that you wish you had back home....and we are happy that you found us.

Lovely restaurant. Food was delicious (I had a salmon salad, Fr. onion soup & dessert: chocolate decadence fabulous). Service was ok. Waitress very pleasant, but she had an entire room by herself and she didn't always look up or in our direction. Shocked that there were absolutely NO gluten free options or GF substitutes. If you're GF you're choices will be VERY limited. But overall it is a very nice place.

Made a reservation when we got there had no appropriate tables. They said they were sorry. They asked us to wait about twenty minutes with out offering any complimentary drink or anything else after waiting twenty minutes we left.

The Greenfield Restaurant and Bar - fabulous lunch, great ambience, perfect server Most of our day and overnight trips to Lancaster involve small retail and dining. Greenfield is our favorite dining venue as it has first class food, great ambience and wonderful servers. We did lunch this time with a tasty burger for me and pulled pork for my partner. Due to a large office party, we were seated in the balcony overlooking the piano bar. That was actually our preferred seating anyway. Our server was bubbly pleasant, super accommodating and efficient in her duties. Dont miss an opportunity to dine hare and definitely make a reservation.

We had the best calamari that we have ever had at this restaurant. The crab cakes were phenomenal and we enjoyed listening to the piano player during our meal. Would highly recommend this to people visiting the Lancaster area.
