Server was Jessica and she was terrific! Food was outstanding!!! We had 5 steaks 🥩 and each was cooked perfectly. We ordered several sides ( Brussel sprouts, creamed spinach, corn , baked , sweet & mash potatoes 🥔) all of them where absolutely delicious 😋. Will definitely return again and bring friends. This is about the Charcoal room in Palace Station. There’s also another location I believe in Santa Fe casino.

I was at the restaurant with a date. The decor and staff are amazing. My date ordered the grass-fed filet mignon. I had the bone in ribeye. She ordered hers med rare and it came out perfectly. I ordered mine black and blue. It came out black and medium. The manager offered to redo the steak, but I decided not to do so. It was good on the flavor front. We had a dozen oysters to start, and they were delicious. Very fresh tasting. The bartender made out drinks to perfection. All in all, we had a good time and enjoyed the experience.

I've been here multiple times and it never disappoints. The food is delicious absolutely every time and the ambiance is very romantic and relaxing. The service is always great very attentive to your needs and wants. The Charcoal Room has definitely become one of my favorite places for a nice dinner.

We have eaten at many of the so called " Best of Vegas Steakhouse's", only to be disappointed. All never live up to the hype. As guests of the casino we decided on a no travel evening. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, as with our steaks. True western grass fed beef should have a distinct mild earthy flavor. All these boxes were checked with perfection. Service can often be robotic in most steak houses with minimal input from staff. The Charcoal Room at Palace Station is the exception to such. Our service was personable and knowledgeable on all aspects of the menu. No rush, delicious food, great service. Not a single complaint. Hidden gem! Full disclosure: Our dinner was not comped!

Came to Las Vegas for my wife’s birthday celebration. Her two sisters also can to surprise her on her day. Made reservations several weeks in advance, both husbands decided to also come along. Had to change reservation at the last minute, which was done without any issues. The food was excellent, and our waiter was careful to explain all specials and insure we all had a great time. Would definitely eat at this restaurant again.

Great food, great service. Very nice steakhouse. A must if you are staying at Palace Station. Prices good - Porterhouse Steak was only $59. Sides $10. Can't beat that.

The food is amazing oysters Rockefeller, delicious scallops are scrumptious and the staff is amazing. Rick took care of us. He did a great job making sure we had everything we needed and checked in at the right time to make sure everything was perfect.

Very nice restaurant, love the red leather booths and chairs. Waiter was very attentive and helpful. The wedge salad was excellent as were the bacon wrapped shrimp. The NY strip was succulent and perfectly cooked. The charred corn side was to die for.

This restaurant was just ok. I was excited to try for Father’s Day. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The service was lagging even though the restaurant was practically empty. We had to continue to ask for things. Our waiter would do disappearing acts. Took long for drinks and the fireside margarita was below average. The waiter recommended the chop salad too much dressing not enough salad. The oysters Rockefeller were ok. Porterhouse was large good char, burger was ok fries soaked in grease inedible. Mashed potatoes drenched in butter and salt with parsley flakes on top. Ugh! Would not return, sorry we went to this “steakhouse” so many other places that are better.

The charcoal rooms an amazing restaurant, they have the best oysters, Rockefeller, and bacon, wrapped shrimp I’ve ever had. Their scallops are delicious. Their steaks are scrumptious. Give them a try they’re fantastic.

Don’t pass this place up!! This is the best place to eat in my opinion. From the moment we checked in for our reservation to the moment we walked out the door we were treated exceptionally well. The hostess was amazing and our waiter Rick was knowledgeable, friendly and made our experience that much better. I ordered the ribeye with mashed potatoes. My fiancé ordered the fried chicken and Mac and cheese. We shared the caesar salad and bacon shrimp. We shared our meals as well and where pleasantly surprised how each dish was perfect. While waiting for our meals, we observed ALL of the staff being very attentive to all the guests making sure everyone’s drinks were filled, enjoying their meals or needed anything. I’m so glad we found this gem and will definitely be returning on our next trip out.

The Prix Fixe Happy Hour menu may be one of the best steak dinner values in Las Vegas. Excellent food. Perfectly cooked steak. Unbelievable meal for the price. Excellent service and atmosphere.

Place has a nice vibe...however the food was bland. The steak needed sauce, and I was really looking forward to tasting their steak...the best appetizers were the bacon wrapped shrimp and the oysters Rockefeller. Our Mac and cheese was flavorful and the creamed spinach was decent. Service was okay. I wouldn't return unless they improved their seasoning though. Prices have gone up considerably over the past two years everywhere you go to dine. At the Charcoal Room, the service was great and all the staff were friendly and interested in making your dining experience the best. The food was excellent and we enjoyed celebrating Mother's Day there very much.
