Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Another great meal at Capital Grille. Sat in one of the small dining rooms. Very warm and comfortable setting. Carlos was an excellent server. Enjoyed the evening very much.

Food was not served hot. We ate on the patio. I felt like I was eating in a garage. Concrete painted floor, yellow stucco walls. Nothing else. Some wall decor, nice pavers and a few potted palms would have gone a long way. They did put confetti on the table and served a free birthday dessert. That was a nice touch.

Oysters were from very small to large, no consistency in size but we’re still very good. The filet was cooked perfectly, very delicious and the mushrooms and sauteed spinach were perfect accompaniments.
