Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Great restaurant for many occasions! My dinner was to celebrate 🎉 my birthday with family. The managers Sly and Matt were very kind and generous to make my birthday a memorable one. The bone in ribeye was the best in town, lobster bisque was full of lobster 🦞 meat. The service was outstanding by Cat ( server ). This restaurant is the best in Fort Worth. Highly recommended!

Walking in the door, the service was great. We had reservations, and got set immediately. The service was great. All questions were answered, as being our first time there. It was our anniversary, so they gave us a dessert, but dinner was phenomenal. Definitely, 10 out of 10. We'll go back and try other things. I had the sea bass, and he had the filet mignon. It was cooked perfectly and so tender

The dinner was great, our waiter was very attentive to my wife’s celiac allergy. The AC was out when we arrived so it was warm, however they put us in a room with a fan and by the time dinner was winding down the AC kicked on. Capital Grill is always a home run!

As usual this was an exceptional experience. Four of my colleagues and I had a lovely dinner Friday evening and our waitress Kat was phenomenal. She had the perfect ability to be there when we needed her and yet never interrupt our lively conversation. She was fun and engaging and made great recommendations. Her knowledge of the menu and the wines by the glass were so helpful. One thing that really stood out was how easily Capital made it for our gluten free colleague. From a special menu with lots of choices to her own gluten free bread basket, they really went out of their way to make sure she was able to enjoy a full range of options. In fact, I've always loved the au gratin potatoes and they made them gluten free by leaving off the topping and that will now be go to way to order as they were amazing. All of our steaks were delicious, the ahi tuna was perfect, the wines were delicious and what stands out the most to me is the service. There are a lot of options for a great steak and Capital Grille never disappoints me with the way they create an exceptional experience. That is what makes a nice dinner out amazing. Capital continues to be my go to for a consistently great dining experience.

We spent our evening celebrating our 4th year wedding anniversary. The service was top tier, meeting all of our expectations and even going above and beyond. This was a great way to end our special day!

In our opinion, the Capital Grille - Fort Worth is one of the best restaurants in Fort Worth, Texas. We have eaten at a lot of restaurants in town every Friday night. This restaurant is a great place to dine in. Before you even enter there is a person to open the door for you. Once you are inside Melissa (hostess), is welcoming you with a smile and takes you to your table. The server , Matt, is very attentive and makes sure all your needs are met including cleaning crumbs from the table and folding your napkin each time you leave the table. The general manager , Sly, came by several times to be sure everything was ok. The food in this restaurant especially the steak is the best cut and taste we have found in Fort Worth. If you haven’t tried this restaurant yet, we highly recommend it.
