Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     By far out best experience of any CG visit. Malik Delgado our server was absolutely amazing in his level of service, creativity and attention to detail. He made our anniversary dinner one we will always remember. Clearly the managing partner Christopher Scott has set a standard for all CG’s to follow.

    We had a wonderful time (as usual). The server (Francis) and manager (Karim) went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely evening. The steaks (filet) were very good as were the Caesar salad and calamari. I didn’t enjoy the salmon as much as I’ve enjoyed other meals there but I was glad I tried it. Francis helped us pick an excellent bottle of wine, and we had a really nice time and will be back soon!

    We’ve been here at least 40 times. This was a special occasion, celebrating our 17 wedding anniversary. Food: The steaks are cooked to perfection. If not, they will fix it. Service: They generally seat you on-time. For us, we were seated a bit early because our reservation was fairly early anyway (6:15pm). Service is pretty much impeccable, as everyone is trained so well. We had a slight problem with our order, where we ordered a Kona-crusted filet and then when it came, my wife discovered it was loaded with butter and shallots. She is allergic to onions and thus, even shallots cause her problems. We tried to eat around it but couldn’t. One of the leadershjp of the restaurant, Karim, happened to walk by and saw we had a problem. He had the kitchen re-cook my wife’s steak, with no problems whatsoever. Brand new Kona-crusted filet, sans Shallot sauce, was delivered lickety split.

    Accueil plutôt désagréable, les deux jeunes filles à l’accueil ont l’air de se foutre des clients à un point presque inadmissible! Si nous ne connaissions pas la qualité des viande chez Capital Grille nous nous serions presque enfuis. Comme souvent, climatisation beaucoup trop froide et endroit très bruyant. Heureusement la viande est toujours d’aussi bonne qualité et la cuisson parfaitement maîtrisée.
