This was our first time for brunch and tried several things and shared. The Mimosa Flight was outstanding and a great value! We also had the blueberry pancakes, the breakfast pizza and Mexicali wrap. To top it off, we got a side of biscuits and gravy as well as homefries. Next time I'm going for one of the Benedicts!

Bungalow Lakehouse is a consistently great experience. They have various rooms, so you can choose from a music and a bar atmosphere, a quiet dining experience, or an outdoor patio (with great heating). The service is exceptional.

The food and service at the Lakehouse are wonderful. The noise on the enclosed back porch is almost too much for my husband who wears hearing aids. We can’t wait til the weather gets warmer, and they can take down the plastic. But we enjoy the food so much, we’ll be back!

We went for Valentines Day dinner. I love Bungalows. Everything I have ever ordered there has been very tasty!They had a pre-selected menu for a set price that we chose from. It was very good. The only downfall was that the dessert that was part of the menu was no longer available...kind of a disappointment . But other than that, the meal was really good. We had great service as well!

This restaurant never disappoints, and is our go-to place for quiet dinners all the way up to sports night watching games with friends.... Bungalow Lakehouse is large enough to accommodate whatever you want to do. And the food is magnificent and comes out quickly.

Quick dinner with friend after Friday shopping at Dulles Town Center. I was in the mood for a burger and I was surprised to find some excellent choices. My friend went with the prime rib sandwich that was loaded with cheddar and grilled onions. I opted for the brisket burger, sans bun. Topped with a tasty, crunchy coleslaw, grilled onions and cheddar, plenty to handle with a fork and knife. Service was attentive and prompt. Surprising, quirky independent restaurant with a varied menu. I’ll definitely visit again if I am in the area.

The food is FANTASTIC!

I am definitely a fan of this place. Food is creat at reasonable prices and nicely spread out for a safe dining experience. Whether we sit outside on their huuuge deck, in the sports bar watching our favorite game or in the dining rooms for date night, they always deliver great food at reasonable prices. Service is what I’d expect at a far more expensive restaurant! I love the chili and it’s made without beans so healthy for low carb option! I always get a bowl so I can have leftovers for lunch. Portion sizes on everything are generous! We come at least once a week! Great local gem! Hubby likes the wings and the pulled pork sandwich the best.

We ordered a wide variety of food and loved all of it, try the scallops, service was fantastic as well. Will definitely be back.

Sat at the bar with Matt. He is a joy as a waiter- efficient, friendly, concerned and has an excellent business like attitude. We came back the next week due to him and great steaks.

We had an early dinner on the porch which has plastic on the sides and a large heater along the ceiling. Diners were social distanced, but the noise level was quite high with people talking and laughing. All in all it was still a very good evening and we will be back. Its one of the only places we’ve found where we feel very safe to eat out.

Great place but food was a little disappointing this visit. Barbecue sandwich was a little tough.

Told me they had heated outdoor seating. Not even close. No heat. Will not return until Covid over or summer.

The Bungalow Lakehouse has consistently excellent food. During COVID they have a reduced menu which is understanding but miss some of my go-to items not being available. Outdoor seating is a plus during this time too.

They have a new bar tender who doesn’t know how to make drinks. I sent my first drinK back and got something else. That was not good either.

We had a delightful meal. Sat outside with social distancing. As with everywhere, most people respected space and masks. All staff followed safety protocols.

The food was great. We especially enjoyed the potato pancakes, the crab cakes and the pretzel appetizer.

We randomly found this restaurant after hiking in the area. I chose it because it had outdoor seating available. If we are in the area again we will eat there.

Even during Covid-19, they still go out of there way to make sure your taken care of.

We requested a birthday announcement and no one acknowledge it. My food was horrible. I ordered a steak salad and the steak was like shoe leather. I was told it was supposed to be filer. There is no way it was filet. The manager did come out and offer to take it off the bill but I chose for them to bring me some grilled chicken for my salad instead. I’m not the type of person to complain so I just chose the grilled chicken instead of having her take it off the bill but they could’ve at least acknowledged our birthday

Disappointed in Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich--plain bun, chicken overcooked and dry.
Definitely not up to the Lakehouse's usual quality offerings.
