This is the second Mother’s Day my family celebrated at the Bistro. It is a fun place to eat. Big stone fireplace and white table cloths. We all had the venison medallions in a pomegranate sauce. Very delicious. The meat was a little rough and chewy compared to last time. We had the elk medallions last year and they were amazing. Did not see the elk on the menu this year. The service was awesome! We all had a wonderful time.

The Bistro never fails to deliver for special occasions like Mother's Day, anniversaries, and Valentine's Day. It's just the right kind of atmosphere. The food is tasty and the price is pretty decent - it's a little more than average but this place is above average so it fits. The only complaint is the parking situation which is far from ideal.

We’ve been here 4/5 time times and usually sit in the bar area at a high top. All 4.5 star meals and service. This time we made a reservation and they sat us in a kind of odd area on the porch with only 3 total tables. I asked to be moved to the main dining area but was told there was no availability. You could over hear both other tables as though they were sitting at your table. The food was very good as usual but my wife’s steak ordered med rare came out 120°ish (rare). The Waitress was new and tried very hard but did make quite a few mistakes and forgot many items and had to be reminded. 100% will go back and the food is always amazing, we just will make special remarks not to be seated on the porch behind bar.

Great experience. Wonderful food, nice atmosphere, and very quick and attentive staff. This dinner was our first experience dining at the restaurant. I had take out dinner during the covid pandemic. It was well worth it.

Amazing! Parents celebrated 40th wedding anniversary and they were thrilled with their experience at the Bistro. The commented how everyone wished them a happy anniversary and made them feel genuinely celebrated. The staff was fantastic. The food was amazing. The food is excellent. I ordered the steak, and not only did it smell amazing, but the taste exceeded the smell! Our waitress was kind, fun, and helpful when we asked questions or for recommendations. Although her recommendations were great, we were shocked that everything she asked if we would like was an add-on or upgrade. We asked to have the wine list returned so we could see the wine description, and it was never brought. After asking a second time, only the wine bottle was brought out so we could get a photo of it. When our bill arrived, we saw that the glass of wine recommended was close to $30. It isn't that we wouldn't have spent that if we knew it ahead of time, but it was odd that we asked for a wine that would pair well with our food, and the wine list was picked up and then recommended. Again, the wine was amazing; we would have liked to have known it was $30 a glass before ordering a second one. We ordered salads, and when asked if we would like to have additions to our salad (anchovies for a Ceasar salad), we were unaware it was an upcharge. I can see chicken or shrimp added as an add-on; as it states this on the menu; it was a surprise to see anchovies as an add-on. As I began, the food is amazing...the wine is amazing; we left delighted with the quality of the food and wine, just disappointed with feeling like we were deceived with the prices of the suggested extras, not realizing they were add-ons.
