The food was delicious and reasonably priced. One of our party had BJ’s breakfast that was $10 and very generous. I had the Caesar salad and it was delicious. The wait staff was attentive.

Food good, beer great, staff/manager terrible. Had reservation and asked to be moved to a different table (too small). Was told all the many (at least 8-12) empty tables are “reserved”. Had drinks, apps, meal and the whole time, nobody showed up for those “reserved” tables. We had to rush to eat our food in the meantime due to the size of the tiny table. Addressed this with the manager and she could not care less. She gave a vague apology, said she “just got there” and if she was there she would have us no issue with us moving tables and that we should have put in our reservation request that we want a booth. It’s a shame I added a tip before the meal even got brought out. Suggestion: bring cash to tip after the fact instead of tipping as you digitally put your meal in (no waiters/waitresses at this place) in case your service was trash.

The Breakfast Burrito wasn’t bad but would have ordered something else. The rice and tortilla was too much starch for me. The home fries and cocktail were both good. Nice looking place for casual dining. I didn’t try the beer but there were lots of fans ordering in and to go. The patio fills up fast on a nice day. I’ll definitely come back and try something different to eat.

Literally the best service ever! Half of the chicken slid out of his sandwich and onto the floor and they got him a new sandwich ASAP! We also had a bunch of friends show up and the accommodated a large group with an extra table in the back. They were AMAZING! Thanks Bluejacket

I can see why some people would be bothered by the ordering process if they weren’t aware of it before hand. We read reviews so we knew what to expect, which helped. On the whole, we liked the process. It allowed us to pace our meal. Drinks and appetizers first. Then when ready we ordered our mains. It worked really well. No searching for a server when you want something else. That said, service was still great and they checked to make sure we were doing well often. In terms of food and drink….old fashion was excellent, margarita was ok, beer was really good, food was delicious. We had the big train burger, pastrami sandwich, pub style Mac and cheese, and Bavarian roast chicken. Everyone loved the meal.

They don’t have servers anymore. Just good runners. Must order everything on your phone. Some food items were good. But they have a breakfast scramble that seemed as if someone just learning to cook made it. Just watery and sad. Couldn’t even tell the waiter it wasn’t great. Since no one ever asked us if the food was ok. Space was cold. Beer selection much smaller than previous visits pre pandemic. Just seems like management is no longer paying attention to the place and hoping it runs itself based on prior hype and minimal staff.

I used love the menu and food of Arsenal “the fine dining restaurant” and not the new pub version. It’s misleading to serve pub food masked behind fine dining ambiance. While ordering for food through a QR code was acceptable during COVID, we need to move past that now. Very disappointed. I still do like Bluejacket and its “pub food.” Going forward I will treat Arsenal as a pub and not so much a place where you go for fine dining.

So there was no waitress or waiter. I had a party of 10 and we had to scan the menu at the table to make an order. People had questions in which they couldn't be answered because there was no live person. Also, there are no happy hour prices 😕. Its a nice venue though.

Service was very bad. We were asked if we'd prefer to order on our phones or if we'd like to have a server. We requested a server, but a server never came. We ended up ordering on our phones, but the food and drinks came out in strange orders, and there was no one we could ask for water, plates for appetizers, etc.

Server Jackie was great. The sweet rubbed wings were excellent. Cubano sandwich large and enjoyed by two of our guests. Chicken sandwich was perfectly done and sweet potato fries were an excellent complement. Only complaint was that a wind storm came through and blew dirt and bugs onto us (not the restaurants fault).

I took colleagues to a work lunch here. Service was good. I didn't realize I hadn't fully submitted our order until the server came to check on us 45 minutes after we were seated. They were very kind and rushed our order. The menu is largely elevated pub food, so we all selected salads. Salads were bland and forgettable. Space is large and has good atmosphere. Would recommend for drinks and/or snacks.

We had a very simple order. Two beers and two entrées. The first entrée come out relatively quickly. The second one did not come out until a half an hour later. And I literally done eating before my date even had their food. We decided we were done waiting and just wanted to take the item off our bill. That took another additional 10 minutes. Additionally, the presentation of the meals are always great but the food is bland and very underwhelmed
