   Excellent services - The meet runner staff is Spectacular and kitchen manager visit the table and asks us the taste and temperature of food, and he make us feel appreciate as a costumer. Thank you staff.

   Food is always good but the service was very bad. Meats came out too few and far between and our servers had the habit of only serving half our table. It also seemed like there were tables that servers went to directly from the kitchen and some that were passed over regularly. Our drink server also didn’t write any of our drink orders down and ended up forgetting some of our orders.

   We have come here numerous times and it is always enjoyable. We love the variety on the salad bar, side dishes, and, of course, the meats are all delicious and fun to sample. Lobster bisque is dreamy! Tables are a little closer together than I would prefer (others can hear your conversation and bumping into each other). Servers are attentive and full of personality.

    This experience never disappoints! My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and we were congratulated a couples times by the employees we interacted with. We were also able to have a free dessert since it was a especially occasion and I really appreciate when a restaurant offers that. The food quality was fantastic and everything else was just as amazing.

    I was a bit disappointed with the availability of certain items. We had four for dinner. We were brought plenty of other beef/chicken/lamb items but ask twice for some filet. After the third time requesting some (we hadn't gotten any at that point) a second server came over asking if we needed anything we repeated our request. A few minutes later a server came by with a few pieces left that didn't cover the table. The filet never came back.

    Food was good for the most part as usual, however, the wait staff congregated near our table to have conversations with each other and avoid working which ruined the mood. Because of where they were standing, the people with the food couldn't see us so we missed several opportunities to enjoy dishes we wanted to try. Overall it was an awful experience, and not the first one we've had here. We are not planning a return trip to this restaurant again.

    Overall pretty good, our family had a great meal and drinks, although we got a cocktail which they asked if we wanted a double, we assumed their will be an extra charge for the extra alcohol, but they charge for 2 drinks, other than that it was good

    1st time, enjoyed the food and service, around the 200 mark for a couple, definitely worthwhile more so in special occasions. Cannot recommend the Tropical Mule enough!

    The server(s) also known as "gauchos" takes a long time to come around with the meat. Had to request the host multiple time to server brings more flank steak and Picanha . Overall, we were not full after leaving the restaurant. This is not out first time but will be our last after this experience.

    W went at 5pm and the meat selection was mediocre (only about five different offerings) We saw that at 7pm as we were finishing our meal, a better selection was coming out of the kitchen. For a $350 meal for four people, three adults and one eight year old, no alcoholic beverages, we were disappointed. The waiter offered ice cream with all desserts, failing to mention the up charge. Overall the value of this restaurant isn’t great. Next time I would go to a nice steak house rather than here to celebrate a birthday.

    Great server and great experience. The only thing missing was my husbands birthday dessert. Normally, when we celebrate an anniversary or birthday they bring out a small dessert. That’s the only imposing about the visit. Otherwise, everything went well.

    Came here for mom’s birthday dinner. Extremely loud atmosphere! We got sat in the back room, which is nowhere near what the main room looks like. Servers didn’t even speak loud enough to be heard, the staff cutting meats got extremely close to peoples’ arms when cutting, seating is tight, and definitely not what this place use to be! I remember back then, coming here meant having a classy, relaxing dinner,nowadays, it’s more of a noise-level bar atmosphere which serves meat. Don’t bring family here if you want to have a nice dinner and want to be able to actually hear them!

    Went through 3 different rounds with the waiter and supervisor before we could get our check correct. Rang up 3 kids at full price even though one was 4 years old and should have only been $5. Rang up my salad only meal as full dinner even though I told waiter at beginning of meal I was not having meat, and I did not. Not even meat off another’s plate. Also offered children lemonades that were $11 a glass without alerting up to the fact. Disappointed and felt like restaurant was intentionally upselling and ringing up check incorrectly assuming most people don’t check.

    Cold bar is well stocked, has variety, and good quality. Warm bar is fantastic, rice, beans, delicious mushrooms, and my personal favorite lobster bisque. As always, they are quick to arrive, and persistent with presenting various meats, all of which were delicious.

    Unfortunately it was not as good as our two time dinners at the restaurant in Orlando, FL. The service was awful and the server seemed uninterested in even being there. The gauchos who were bringing the meat around ignored us completely and we got not even 20% of the value for each full price meat and salad bar meal. We will not be going back.

    Our waitress was never around and didn’t serve us our drinks or refills very often. Also, the amount of times gentlemen came around to our table with meat selections even with our green cards showing was minimal. Very disappointing experience compared to our other visits and we now tell others not to waist their money at this establishment.
