    This place was super slow and the food was mediocre, especially for the price. Most of the food was good but two of the three proteins we ordered were dry and over cooked (salmon and chicken). The tomatoes while good were overpriced. Getting service was tough and when we waive someone down, we’d get the classic “we’re really slammed…” the woman’s restroom was a wreck - one stall was overflowing and the other didn’t lock. The men’s restroom was closed so the line was backed up as well. All in all, we won’t be back.

    We waited over an hour to get the cocktails we ordered, they arrived closer to two hours after ordering. (Not even exaggerating it got to the point it was so ridiculous we were placing bets on how long it would take) Though somehow both large parties on either side of us were served within 30 minutes of ordering. Our server basically forgot us all night. Came here for a special night, having saved up the money for a romantic meal, and left feeling like we would have had a better time just grabbing some cheap food and spending time together. Food was incredible but the service really soured the experience. Would not recommend.

    I’ve been to Terra Plata before but it’s been several years and it’s just as outstanding as I remember. It was my friend’s first time and she loved it and will be back. I want to come on a Monday for Paella night! Cheers and thank you to all.

    I wanted to show European houseguests the best of what Seattle has to offer, Terra Plata's roof top dining experience did not disappoint. The hostess greeted us warmly, and sat us promptly, right on time. As usual, the service was friendly and professional, the food excellent and the al fresco seating lively but not noisy. We enjoyed shishito peppers and truffle chips to start, as well as the best heirloom tomato salad I've had in all summer, perfectly enhanced with herbs grown on Terra Plata's rooftop. Main courses included an excellently flavored salmon, accompanied with vegetables and a delicious green herbed sauce, a delicate and very fresh tasting St. Jude's albacore crudo dish, a perfectly roasted pork dish and a Terra Plata burger. Deserts were all terrific, including a rich chocolate mousse, excellent flan and the best churro's I've had outside of Spain.

    I would not recommend if you are going to a show at the Paramount. Server seemed annoyed that we had to leave by a certain time. Normally would go here for a nice long evening to enjoy their courses, but thought it would be a good choice given proximity. Sitting at bar doesn't seem to expedite service.

    Terra Plata is a great place for good food and drinks. The put the yummy in farm-to-table cuisine. From savery to sweet and everything in between you won't be disappointed. Even the fruit plate tastes wonderful and is presented beautifully. They have a great selection of entrees for brunch. I have not experienced dinner but Brunch is a hit, especially on the roof top deck.

    Fantastic food and service. This is the second time I’ve been here in 3 weeks and the high level consistency is wonderful. The host greeted us enthusiastically and made us feel welcome. The sommelier praised us for our wine choice ( after we had already ordered it; no upselling!) and explained the history and characteristics of the wine. But the best was our server Jenn. So wonderfully enthusiastic and a lot of fun with welcome anecdotes. Oh, and the food was great! Highly recommended.

    Had a wonderful dinner out for my husband's birthday. They printed a special menu wishing him a happy birthday. The service was wonderful, food was amazing, and the view from the rooftop was nice. The only issue I had was that the umbrellas were left I open, so the view was a bit blocked. Overall I would highly recommend for a nice night out.

    Really lovely upstairs patio, but the owner has stuffed as many table as possible into the space. They might as well have long cafeteria style tables with how close the tables are to each other. Each time someone from the tables next to us needed to get up, they knocked our table. Very uncomfortable spot not living up to its potential. Service was fine. Food was meh.

    Hi, the waitress was great. Food was tasty. French fries - strangely, not good. Re-orderd the fries, just not a lot of flavor. Tomato dish was yummy. Greast service and atmosphere. We really enjoyed the experience. Enjoyed that we could order a nice bottle of French wine !

    Came here for brunch. Was very busy on the rooftop, service was standard, nothing exceptional to point out. I got the rose sangria, which tasted watered down. I would recommend ordering something else. My friend got a mimosa and she said that tasted good. For our entrees we got the baked Greek eggs and the pork belly and egg. The Greek baked eggs sounded better on paper, but after they arrived and she tasted it, my friend said she probably would’ve ordered something else. The pork belly and eggs was really good though, would order again. They were accommodating in putting the hollandaise on the side too, which I appreciated. All in all, I felt the portions were kind of small for what you paid, but the ambiance outside on the rooftop was really nice - if it was less busy, I would’ve enjoyed it more.

    We absolutely LOVED our dinner experience on the rooftop of Terra Plata! Our waiter, Jacob, was so helpful and kind. The rooftop is surrounded by herbs that the restaurant uses in their dishes, which is so cool. Even though it was a classic rainy, chilly Seattle evening, we were toasty warm under the heaters and with a tabletop fire pit. The rooftop is covered so it was the perfect way to enjoy the cool weather. It was the perfect date night location and we will definitely be returning!

    Our Corporate Team celebrated a colleague's birthday here and it was amazing! They treated him like a king and even printed a personalized Happy Birthday message on our menus. The food is very unique, innovative and full of wonderful flavor combinations and pairings. I can't recommend this place enough for both the food and the wonderful neighborhood feel and service

    Love the special attention they give for special occasions. Food was great. Wait was a little long for paella but we did not even know it was paella night, so part of that was on us for ordering weirdly. Staff was lovely, rooftop was special. People watching was also great!

    Our server was so gracious and helpful. We were comped an incredible starter to make up for having our original reservation changed. All the recommendations were absolutely delicious. Stellar dinner as always!

    We came to Tera Plata to celebrate my recent engagement and had an incredible brunch! They were even so thoughtful as to print custom menus with a congratulatory message on top! Everything was beyond delicious, the service was prompt and considerate, and the atmosphere serene and happy.

    Bees were swarming our table on the terrace, and our service was great -- they saw this issue before we did and gracefully moved us downstairs to a spot sans bees. The food was great, everyone enjoyed themselves, as usual. :)

    We had a 7:45 reservation but we didn’t get seated until 8:00. When we got to our table, we saw that a lot of tables were open. I think the severs were overwhelmed because service was slow. We wanted to order food with our drinks but we’re asked to wait until the drink orders went in. The truffle chips had no truffle taste, so we paid $15 for potato chips. Most of the other dishes were underwhelming, except for the lamb ribs. But the ribs arrived 45 minutes after we ordered because they gave our ribs to another table. Our server was fine, but the server at the next table, which got our ribs, was unhelpful. Our niece was visiting from California, and the experience was a major disappointment and overpriced. The place has gone downhill. The only good part was the atmosphere on the rooftop. Avoid this restaurant like the plague.

    We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Terra Plata - first time there, and based on a foodie-friend's recommendation. From reservation to day-of the communication was beyond expected...they asked if it was a special occasion, our names (both of which we were printed on the menu), anything that would help them do a great job. They took all of that and personalized the experience at every step. Antoine (our server) really made the evening great - he, and the whole staff were engaging, called us by name, new the fact that it was a special night, etc. We didn't ask for that...they asked us, and then really delivered. The menu and food was excellent - nice range of options, great council from staff, and both presentation and taste were excellent. The setting (we were on roof deck), the team, the food made for a truly memorable evening.

    The absolute best dish we had was the risotto. I would eat my weight in it. I had the lamb and my date had the steak; both were good, but didn't compare to the risotto. We sat on the rooftop, and the vibe/ambiance was great. Friendly staff, and a clean atmosphere. Our drinks were great, with very helpful recommendations on pairings for both the mains and desserts. I would definitely go back!

    We always enjoy our meals at Terra Plata, but tonight took it to a whole new level!!! The flavors of each dish were absolutely on point! And the entire menu worked together so no matter what you ordered, it felt like it was a perfect match! The heirloom beets were delicious! The carrots even tasted divine!!! We loved the halibut- cooked beautifully! But honestly, the lamb riblets with the pomegranate sauce were mind-blowing!!! The lamb fell off the bone and the sweet & savory flavors just danced together to make a perfect bite. The Chef is brilliant and I can't wait to go back & try whatever amazing dishes they create for the next menu!!!

    I really loved this place. It was recommended by my Airbnb host. The staff was warm and accommodating. They were genuinely nice and friendly. When the staff is happy, you know a restaurant is doing something right. The food was delicious and locally sourced. My cocktail was cold and expertly prepared. I can’t wait to come back to Seattle just to return to Terra Plata!

    First time experiencing Terra Plata - went for a friend’s birthday and they did not disappoint. The place and ambiance was amazing! The service was outstanding - they customized the menu with my friends name Adrian on the menu!!! The whole experience was awesome and I can’t wait to come back!!
