Palm Bay Restaurants

We live on a barrier island, but a good fish restaurant is really hard to find. This place is a gem. The fish, along with everything else, is FRESH, and the chef has a creative flair of blending sweet, savoury and spicy flavours. The creamy dill sauce is also available, and their signature preparation (which I have only tasted from my husband’s plate) is the onion crusted fish. A limited but very interesting wine menu (we have yet to order a wine there that did not pair perfectly with the food), and locally crafted beers. A cozy, semi-casual atmosphere. Not inexpensive, but well worth the price. We came with my sister and brother-in-law, who live in Cocoa Beach and wouldn’t normally drive so far for dinner, but they, too, will be back.

Fantastic dinner with great inside/outside seating and great menu with a variety of options. Great outdoor views and a very inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended for a celebratory or special night out!

My second time being there but first time dining in…was a great experience and the food was excellent!! The drinks is a MUST and was awesome! And u can’t end dinner without dessert and that was amazing which was all homemade!! To top off an excellent experience was the server who made it so much better with her suggestions and favorites!!

Chart House never disappoints. While the menu was Brunch items on 1/1/23, they were still pretty good options and the $2 mimosas added to the value.
