    Service was very bad and I will not be returning ...food was bad and service as well couldn't get drinks refilled with our dinner and it was a good experience at all

    Very excited for my first experience at the new location. Unfortunately, the poor and slow service took away from the overall experience. Had a reservation for 4 at 5pm. Showed up at 455 and was seated promptly. At 505, after not being greeted yet by our server, came with waters and bread and said our server would be right over. At 516, our server finally appeared (yes, 21 minutes later). We ordered drinks, an appetizer and our entrees all at once. Our server was not prepared to answer wine questions and the restaurant was apparently out of our first 3 selections (took 3 separate trips to tell us that). Our drinks and appetizer ended up arriving at the same time. 2 minutes later, our entrees showed up with the appetizer still hardly eaten. The meals themselves were decent and what I've come to expect from SW. The fact that we never saw a manager during this debacle was very surprising. IF we ever go back, it'll definitely be awhile.

    Not your SW of yesteryear. Nondescript interior-boring. Smelled of cleaning solutions. Salads/lettuce had a weird flavor-chemical taste. Food was mediocre at best. Think Chef Boyardee quality. The service was the only good thing about this place. Oh, and the view of Columbus Commons....at least something to look at.

    It was incredibly loud for a 5:00 dinner seating on a Saturday. We had to yell at each other to be heard until one large table left. Then the noise level reduced quite a lot but still noisy. The food was fantastic and our server was awesome but I’m not sure when we will return because of the noise.

    Came for dinner after a show at the Capital Theatre. Our waiter Anthony was excellent, attentive and friendly. Ordered chicken parmesan that was delicious. My daughter ordered the wedding soup and was very pleased with her selection. Will definitely be back.

    They treated us like Royalty! Three gentleman in our party were elderly with developmental disabilities and the entire staff made a very special 70 year old man very happy! We will definitely be back!!!!

    Restaurant very. Noisy We had the salmon which was excellent and was served hot. Also the linguine de mar excellent but a little spicy for my wife

    Server was very slow never checked back on food till meal was over Never refilled drinks till we were done eating. Food took at less 30 mins. For spaghetti classic. And my wife had a salad. Which had large core chunks in it

    We had a reservation for the dining area for 2, but we were seated in the front area next to the bar. We were also right next to the “to-go order” window. So multiple people came in and waited right next to our table while we were trying to eat and have conversation, and they weren’t even being helped quickly. Our service was pretty slow but not terrible; the food was good but that was the only positive part. Otherwise, we were very unhappy with our experience here.
