   There were booths available at 5:30 pm but instead they selected a very small table for two to seat us at. It was too small of a table. I ordered the hot stone beef and the grease spatters got on us. They forgot to bring my appetizer and I had to remind the server. By the time it came, we were done eating. So I ate it afterward. The manager gave me a complimentary dessert. We were nicely dressed and inappropriately relegated to a small table by the liquor behind glass. Not ideal.

   Definitely recommend the wagyu appetizer! Well worth it! The Wagyu was perfect and its such an experience to cook it yourself and try different sauces. I recommend cooking it then just sprinkling some salt before mixing it with the lime. The wagyu nigiri was great too but it such a different take than the appetizer. The beauty and beast roll was tasty. Had uni nigiri for the first time and its very oceanic flavor. An acquired taste for my partner but i liked it. The tuna platter was cool, it was from fattiest, medium fat to lean. You can taste the difference and compare. Great experience. the showstopper was the pork katsu. You’ve never had pork katsu like the one they had. It reminded me of karaage style. Super thin and crunchy. 1000/10 for sure. Pricey but the ambiance, service and the food was WORTH IT!

   Seito is becoming one of my favorite places in town. While there is sushi on the menu, I'm not sure it's fair to call Seito a sushi place. It is much more. It's a super groovy meeting spot for drinks (full bar) not just beer and sake. And the menu is far much more fun and broad than its creative sushi offerings. Go. Check it out. Awesome spot.

    The layout if the restaurant can accommodate indoor or outdoor dining. The vibe is very cool and relaxed. The food and service are superb. The restaurant prices are not inexpensive, but they are reasonable.

    My friend and I had a great time! I was running a few min late for my res so I called and the hostess was so sweet. Was seated shortly after I arrived and proceeded to have the most amazing dinner. Sophie made great recommendations and I got the bbq salmon rice press after she recommended it. Wow wow wow. So good, so light and fresh, the salmon was melt in your mouth and the flavors went together so perfectly. This place never disappoints!

    This was a lovely restaurant, located in Baldwin Park near the Lake. I booked a reservation through OpenTable for my 5 year wedding anniversary, and we sat on the patio per my request. Seito Sushi was so pretty and the ambiance was very cozy. It is a short walk to the lake and it was a wonderful date spot. Thank you to our server, whose name is escaping me now, but she was absolutely wonderful and made great recommendations for plates and drinks, and she had really cool tattoos! Thank you!

    The food here is always excellent. We had the Jamaican style sushi(SO GOOD) and Tonkatsu ramen. The noodles, broth, and pork are divine in the ramen- be prepared for the copious amounts of ginger hiding in the noods, if it’s not your jam.

    My overall experience at this location was very bad which was super disappointing since my partner and I really enjoy the i drive location. I ordered the salmon set and it was subpar and took far longer than it was worth. We weren’t even approached by our waitress or given water until 20-30 minutes after sitting and the appetizers and food took a while. Nothing tasted amazing and it was mostly subpar. Unlike the I drive location which we’ve been to over 3 times and loved. Our waitress was sweet but hardly around. I would not come back

    After trying their bibimbap (subbed out the beef) and other items, it’s officially my favorite restaurant! Def recommend the xo roll, bluefin tuna otorro, and oysters app. Drinks are a bit on the sweeter end but also strong. Unfortunately the kitchen was understaffed and it took quite a while before the waitress came back to communicate that. Delicious food regardless!

    For the poor variety of signature rolls available and only offering cooked rolls as a majority of options, the cost was not worth the ingredients. The sashimi chef selection was decent but not great enough quality to have been given the pricing. Overall the ambiance and aesthetics were phenomenal, however the food was very mediocre compared to the price listed. I expected better quality ingredients and more flavor. Rolls lacked garnishings and overall plate presentation felt very compact and underwhelming. The sashimi was also not cleaned as well as should be, had a couple of fish scales left on my napkin upon eating. Incredible place for the ambiance but left the restaurant dissatisfied and hungry.

    Seito is definitely a place to go if you are looking for high quality sushi. They also have great Ramen plates as well. Bluefin Tuna Set is a little pricey but is well worth it because you got two pieces each of akami, chutoro and Otoro which were all fresh and tasty. Grilled octopus was great but not prepared the way I expected but the Thai style was refreshing.

    Greeted as soon as I entered by a searing hostess, short wait about 5 minutes after my reservation time, with a possible 20 minute wait for non-reservatiion guests. Sat at a 4 top table even though I was dining alone. Had a good view of the playoff game, which I did not request seating to watch it. The server Hostess was very attentive and always had a smile on her face even though the place was really busy. Drinks were tasty and served promptly. Food was unique and full of flavor. Ambiance was as expected for a Japanese restaurant in Baldwin Park.
