We made a reservation for 5 people. When we arrived at our reservation time the girl at the hostess stand looked annoyed. She said there was one booth to accommodate us and someone was in it. Then she went to the back and another girl comes out and said they were not seating anymore people today. The kitchen was to busy and they are closing. What?! We made a reservation. We were treated like dirt. They were very rude to us. I would never go to this establishment again. They do not know how to run a business. They obviously don’t know the meaning of a reservation.

I made a reservation for Mother’s Day, a week in advance. My family and I arrived to an overcrowded, restaurant with people waiting in line to be seated for the reservations they have made. Unfortunately Sajos was not prepared to accommodate ANY of us lined up out the door. Giving the excuse that “Open table” would not stop booking even though the Sajos staff asked them to. We ended up leaving with many others who had been seated and had been waiting an hour before us just to be waited on. I do not recommend this restaurant on any holiday or special occasion. They are unprepared and incompetent to be assertive and get a hold of the customers or the open door application to help with this issue. I can’t comment on the food since we weren’t able to eat there. However we did get a table at River Rat in Harrison Twp and had excellent service and food.

Server did not enter in the two appetizers we ordered so we never got them. Kitchen was very slow getting food out. Server would disappear for long stretches without checking on us to see if we needed any drink refills. Maybe just a bad day.

It’s not the same Sajos. The food is not as good. They changed some recipes and not for the better. Very limited menu. The pecan chicken is still the same. The meatball appetizer is not. And is not what is on the menu. I feel they care more about the banquets than the diner

This place has an attractive appearance. The staff were friendly and nice. We sat near the fireplace which was beautiful. Unfortunately the food was mediocre. The Caesar salad was nothing to cheer about, the lobster bisque was way too rich in flavor, and I also ordered the chicken marsala, which it definitely was not chicken masala. The chicken Marsala was really what I would call chicken with a turkey or beef gravy. It was not pleasing in appearance and definitely was not tasty. My friends spaghetti and meatballs looked good but I didn’t taste it. He enjoyed it however!

Made the reservation for a party of 6. Seating was available at the time requested and we were very fortunate to get a great table by the fireplace. Staff was friendly and our server was personable. There was only one issue with one of our guests who ordered the lasagna and it was cold in the middle and needed to be reheated. Our server was not in sight for about 10 minutes and we finally waived another server over who removed the plate. Another 10 minutes passed before the plate was returned, which put our guest quite a bit behind the rest of us in finishing their meal. Other than that one issue, the food was good and we will probably return.

Had a wonderful lunch here. Great ambiance. Sat in a comfortable large booth near the fireplace. Service was great. Had a wonderful waiter who was very helpful explaining various dishes. Food was excellent. Large portions. I would definitely recommend Sajo’s for lunch or dinner

The food was great. We had the crab cake and meatball Al forno as an appetizer. I had the pecan crusted chicken and my husband had the pasta on special. Food was great. Service was slow. The restaurant wasn’t even close to being full, there was no wait and we found ourselves waiting quite a while to take our beverage and food order. Other servers seemed to be more positive and eager to help but ours was not. If you have time and are willing to wait a bit, I would recommend Sajos.

Overall this place was a huge disappointment. We had a reservation and were seated quickly and given menus. We waited approximately 14 minutes until someone finally greeted us and asked if we had been helped. We said not yet but we were ready to order both food and drink since we had a while to look. The woman said she would be back to take the orders. When she came back about 5 minutes later she said she would take the drink orders and then come back again for food orders. We ordered two cocktails. She came back about 10 minutes later and asked which cocktails we wanted again because she forgot. Overall we sat there for about a half hour and received nothing so we left.

Plenty of variety in the food choices with Pasta, salads, chicken dishes, and a fish dish. As far as service we had an extremely efficient waitress and wait staff. I had the fish dish that was good and tasty. The only complaint I have would be the rim of the fish was a bit tough and dry and the center was good.

We will most definitely be back!! Everything from the atmosphere to the service to the food! Our waitress was polite, knowledgeable and attentive! I didn't know what to expect with our food, but it was bursting with delicious flavor.. Management even stopped thru to ensure we were enjoying our visit.
