We dined at Nightingale last night, first time in years, with another couple. The experience was excellent from start to finish. We were seated and immediately had water on the table and pre dinner cocktails ordered. Our server was excellent, helped with menu item choices, all good! The wine steward did an excellent job with keeping the wine chilled and our glasses filled but not over served. Would highly recommend and we will return.

Experience an unforgettable summer evening at the top of the Sea to Sky Gondola with Taste of the Summit. Set against sweeping mountain views, this elevated dining experience features a thoughtfully curated, Mediterranean‑inspired small‑plates menu, artisanal cocktails, and live acoustic music.

Hosted on the Summit Lodge patio every Thursday evening, Taste of the Summit invites guests to linger, connect, and savour the atmosphere as the sun sets behind the mountains.

Reservations are limited to 90 minutes to allow all guests the opportunity to enjoy the experience. A valid membership or day ticket is required for Summit access. Walk in space is subject to availability on the day.

Last Reservation, 7:30pm. Last Orders - 8pm. A $20 per guest no-show fee applies. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance.

Excellent food and great service! It seemed like they were short-staffed on the day I visited, but the service was still very good. It’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for a special occasion or an occasional treat.

The full size nachos are excellent, suitable for 2 guests to share. Nicely presented, the nachos are layered with good servings of cheese, beans, corn, plus it comes with sour cream and guacamole. Good value for the quality and portion size. The server was polite and attentive. We would come back for the nachos!
