Hace 28 años comenzó un camino guiado por el amor a la cocina, el oficio y la hospitalidad. Hoy, se desemboca en un restaurante que nace del orgullo por nuestra gastronomía y del deseo de honrarla.

We had a wonderful experience dining at Bistro 702. Our food was wonderful. The wine, the entrés and the desserts were beautiful while I celebrated my birthday.

Located in an 18th-century house in the historic center of Puebla, next to the Amparo Museum and just five minutes from the city’s main square, Casa Barroca is a restaurant offering a contemporary approach while honoring traditional Poblano cuisine, which is now a UNESCO cultural heritage.

The kitchen is led by Chef Hugo Minutti, who describes his culinary vision as a playful exploration of local gastronomy and seasonal ingredients. Here, he interprets his own versions of mole poblano, chiles en nogada, pipián, and a variety of signature dishes.

This is a beautiful, upscale restaurant that is perfect for either entertaining a business meeting or taking a loved one out for an intimate evening. The star of the show at La Estancia Argentina is of course the meat, which is grilled over an open flame. These grilled specialties are rubbed down with a special spice blend that was developed especially bt La Estancia Argentina. Diners can look forward to various cuts of steak, pork, chicken and fish. The most popular items are the aged prime rib and cedar plank salmon.

Augurio retoma el patrimonio cultural de la gastronomía poblana y las recetas familiares de la cocina de casa. El chef e investigador gastronómico Angel Vázquez (recientemente reconocido como Chef del Año 2026 por la Guía México Gastronómico de Culinaria Mexicana), presenta una propuesta de cocina tradicional ligada a los sabores y saberes de generaciones pasadas. Su objetivo es preservar los platillos y costumbres de la región, así como los antojitos o "comida de zaguán" que otorgan identidad a la ciudad de Puebla.

Uno de sus platillos estrella es el Chile en Nogada, disponible desde finales de julio hasta septiembre, el cual aprovecha ingredientes endémicos y tradicionales. El restaurante ofrece una coctelería elaborada con insumos regionales y su carta de vinos destaca etiquetas mexicanas.

Absolutely fantastic experience- the menu is based on the seasons- 16 courses and 4 desserts, each one-two bites of perfection. The presentation and the story behind each course, magical. The cocktails are equally unique and divine; highly recommend Lluvia and Flor & Fauna- these cocktails enhance the dining experience. Though I love wine and they had a lovely selection, in my opinion, they would not have complemented the food the way the cocktails did. We highly recommend Cultivo, it’s an unforgettable experience. The chef is absolutely delightful- he visits your table to find out which course(s) you enjoyed most and which are in need of something special or different. We had a wonderful evening, will go back every time we are in Puebla.

We have enjoyed several Michelin star restaurants. Valiente is among the best meals we have ever had. The tasting menu is excellent. Inventive, yet restrained preparations using local ingredients. The wine pairing selections matched the courses very well and included some intriguing picks. Service was excellent and attentive.
