If you want to have your faith restored gastronomically- dine at Coast! We did chefs choice 7 course - wish we did the wine pairing - suggestion pick the Spanish white wine which will take you through to the wagyu beef - then let Jason pick from there! The best part of the evening which believe me the food was amazing (small plates - so you can do it ) were the people - Ashley, Jason and Connor (chef).
