A 10 años de apertura, Allium es un espacio donde la pareja de chefs Maria Ortega y Adolfo Galnares crean con libertad una cocina internacional con acentos mexicanos basada en el respeto al producto, técnicas y ejecuciones. Nuestro pan de masa madre se hornea diario, los helados son hechos en casa y el pescado es añejado para ofrecer una experiencia única. Dentro de los platillos estrella se encuentra el tiradito de pesca con piña, la ensalada de betabel ahumado, la tabla de quesos de Atotonilco y la tosta de escamoles en pan brioche. Ganadores del premio Players Restaurant Choice en la categoría internacional, el reconocimiento Marco Beteta desde hace 5 años y parte de la lista 50 Best Discovery. El restaurante ofrece dos espacios; la acogedora terraza al aire libre y el comedor con vistas a la cocina abierta.

We celebrated s birthday here snd it was incredible. Both the food, the wine selection and service. Actually that was the best highlight, Luis is AMAZING, he’s very knowledgeable and his recommendations are 10/10. Will definitely be back!
