We did the tasting menu for $128pp, and the experience was just incredible. The quality of every product, every flavour, and every dish was absolutely perfect. My partner and I love trying this kind of tasting menu, and this one was, by far, the best we’ve had in years. Ramon also made the experience even more special by beautifully explaining the history of the restaurant, its background and goals, as well as all the details behind each dish. His explanations really elevated the whole experience to another level. The chef even came to our table to make sure we were enjoying everything, which was a lovely touch. In summary, we highly recommend Olio. Definitely one of the best food experiences we’ve had in Sydney! ❤️

Great value for duck lovers. We had the all you can eat duck for $48 per person. All courses were very tasty and the crispy duck with the pancakes was delicious. We had plenty of time to eat until we were very satisfied. A worthwhile experience.

Ethan, Sophie and Digo at the front of house are amazing at what they do. Passionate, friendly and knowledgeable; they have made every visit fantastic. The food is great, the wine list is small but well thought out and the cocktails are well made and tasty!
