The food was outstanding. Best French onion soup I’ve ever had. The old fashioned cocktail was by far the best I’ve had. The wait staff was top notch. The carrot cake and ice cream was incredible. Great dining experience

We were in Seattle for the day and met our daughter for lunch. We were seated and out daughter was delighted to find a nice card and white rose on the table wishing her a happy birthday. Nice touch Capital Grille!! We had a couple nice cocktails, two nice appetizers before ordering our entrees. Two of chose Filets and one of us the New York. All came out perfectly grilled and seasoned. We all chose the whipped potatoes as a side, OMG, so delicious! We had great service and will be back soon. Thank you!!

Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.

Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size). We do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible and ask that you are considerate of other diners at the end of your meal. My husband and I were celebrating 40 years of marriage at Ruth Chris. Service was great, our waiter was very attentive. We are water drinkers and they made sure my husband's glass was always full. I never drink all of mine. We ordered the special, steak and sip. I ordered the espresso martini. So yummy. My husband had the smoked bourbon, a manly man drink. Our steaks were absolutely amazing, perfectly grilled. We like our steak medium. The only thing I would have preferred is garlic mashed potatoes instead of shoestring fries. Overall our experience was amazing and we will be back again and again.
