Chad was our waiter and extremely knowledgeable about the menu providing great recommendations for food and drinks. Had a great table by the windows and food was fantastic. Allen Street Grille is a favorite for us and quality and service keeps us coming back when we are in town.

I almost do not want to give away all the reasons why The Tavern is such a wonderful place to enjoy a meal - too many will catch on! Simply put, the food is beyond delicious and the price point allows for a relaxing meal knowing you are getting value for the excellent taste. The wine list is plentiful and the ambiance is classic.

It was quiet tonight and had a great table in a small room…nice to be able to have a conversation without talking loudly. Our waitress was very friendly and offered some great recommendations. …didn’t rush us at all…before during and after dinner which we greatly appreciated. Her service was excellent…food was very good…presentation, temperature of food and taste….just perfect. Very pleasant evening dinner. Thank you

Cheyanne, our server, made our night!! A great band, the Music Room, was playing. There were 12 of us at our table and Cheyenne kept everyone’s orders straight with a smile! She was so friendly and fun to talk to. All of the staff pitches in so that food comes to the table in a timely manner. A perfect night.
