Cocktail Bar

Downtown

About the restaurant

What is "NOCTURNO"?
A celebration of the classic cocktail bar, the beauty of simple, balanced drinks, and those late nights spent with friends and family. Discover the historic cocktail families that laid the foundation for the ever-evolving world of drinks we enjoy today, along with their tried-and-true modern variations. Nocturno was born from late nights spent in dimly lit cocktail bars, where the air is filled with the fresh zest of a recently squeezed lime, the rhythmic clunk of a large ice block in a shaker as a frothy daiquiri comes to life, and the warm crackle of a vintage record setting the perfect mood in a candlelit room. This is our love song to those cozy, intimate cocktail bars—where great memories and real connections are made over tasty bevs.

Downtown

About the restaurant

Taking pizza to the next level, Pizza Rock was born from the creative minds of three best friends: George Karpaty, Tony Gemignani, and Trevor Hewitt. Combining George and Trevor's nightlife expertise (Ruby Skye, San Francisco) with Tony's pizza making expertise (13-time World Pizza Champion, Tony's Pizza Napoletana, San Francisco), Pizza Rock is pizza artisan meets nightlife energy. This is not your traditional pizzeria.
We are excited to bring this unique concept to Downtown Las Vegas. Pizza Rock features gourmet pizzas in a variety of styles, hand-crafted artisan cocktails, an extensive wine list, and over 30 craft beers on tap and in bottles; all served up in an artistic and energetic atmosphere.
