Amazing food and service. We went to their location in Winter Park, Fl for our wedding anniversary. Our very first time and they did not disappoint. Food was prepared to perfection and delicious. My wife and I shared the 40oz. Porterhouse for two with a steakhouse salad and garlic mashed potatoes. We had plenty of leftovers. Jules our server was fantastic and went above and beyond.

Yhis was our 2nd of two recent visits. The first was outstanding food and outstanding service. It was just my wife and I. Our 2nd visit yesterday was for her Birthday and we invited another couple to join us. Our server started out courteous and concerned but his service went down hill very fast. My lobster bisque was served without a spoon and it took a few minutes to be brought one. Not acceptable for what should be 5 star service3. Our companions shrimp slid off the dish and if it were not for my wives keen eye the server was about to scoop it up to put back on the plate! A major health violation! They then had to wait almost till there steak was eaten before new cooked shrimp was brought out. We had to ask constantly for water and or ice tea refills. When I dine at fine restaurants I usually don't even see or hear the server, never wanting for anything. Our 11 oz. fillet was good but not as outstanding as our recent first visit. The cream spinach is the best ever as well as the bread pudding desert. Check out Linda's La Cantina for what a professional wait staff is like, particularly a waiter named Geronimo!

Although very crowded on Mother's Day, we were seated prior to our reservation. Our server Brady remembered us from a prior visit. He is attentive and knowledgeable. As always the steak is cooked to perfection. In addition the manager came over to greet us. The Winter Park location is neat, clear with friendly staff throughout the restaurant and bar.

The service was excellent and we were seated immediately with reservations. The Mothers Day Meal overall was good. However, my daughter mentioned that the lobster bisque was under seasoned and bland. My salad served with the meal was fresh, mashed potatoes were good, but really didn’t taste like garlic, mashed potatoes to me. My well done requested steak was tender, juicy and not overcooked! The lobster that came with the meal was good as well.

The steaks are always fabulous and the service great. As this Ruth Chris was updated (actually new), I enjoyed the room that was more causal, louder and found out that in the last week or two, it was changed to make it a little more upscale with table cloths instead of showing off the beautiful new tables they had which brings the noise level down. But everything was excellent.

Warmly greeted by the manager and hostess. Was taken to a small booth but they gladly gave me a larger corner booth instead. My guest and I had filets which were excellent and I added a truffle butter crust. Our server Abby was the best. She was attentive, engaging, and funny. We noticed she got a large party around the same time we were seated and you couldn’t even tell. Our service was excellent and the cheesecake was quite delicious… another example that sometimes a classic recipe is far superior to what you’d find at a nearby cheesecake magnate. We will be back, for sure. Actually we came back already because my gf left her purse haha. The hostess called me directly and we grabbed it about twenty minutes later. Overall 10/10 experience

Birthday dinner for husband. Parking was an issue due to construction. Good and service was excellent. Too noisy and tables too close to each other. Our near table mates were loud and obnoxious

Noise level is atrocious. You can’t hear a thing. The new decor is beautiful. But the noise is terrible. Service impeccable. Steaks you have to order undercook because the hot plates over cook them. Not a fan of the 500 degree plates.
