We serve the USDA prime steaks, to the freshest seafood and poultry, imaginative side dishes, unforgettable desserts and an award winning wine list. At Ruth's Chris, your steak is carefully selected from the finest USDA Prime beef available. It is aged to perfection and cut by hand at the restaurant. Then, your steak is broiled - to your exact order - at a searing 1800 degrees Fahrenheit to lock in the corn-fed flavour and natural juices. It's served hot and sizzling. In fact, you can actually hear your steak sizzling from across the room.

    Sat at the bar as I have in the past. Server, Rose, was great. Food as always awesome. But when I entered I thought I was in the wrong place. Previous it had a classic steakhouse vibe. Now, the only word I can find is ‘soulless’. I do hope that management will help return this restaurant back to an event going there as opposed to just another place that has great food. Both go hand in hand.

    Our server was amazing. No complaints about him. He made it worthwhile. Although our steak was extremely salty and instead of getting medium steak, we got medium well. Which manager did a nice gesture of taking it off our bill. We didn’t realize how salty the steak was until we kept eating it but we didn’t want to keep complaining about it and give them trouble. We just mentioned it when we paid the bill. I think it would’ve been more disappointing if we had to pay full amount and get something we didn’t want along with extremely salty steak.

    We had a great early evening due to the excellent customer service we received from Kimberley. She was attentive and made really good suggestions for our meals. Kimberley make sure that our requests were met. The cheesecake taste great. The chicken is excellent.

    This location always provides a great experience due to its service. They check in regularly and will replace anything subpar. I got an overly fatty steak and they immediately cooked another. Food quality is good. It is a bit pricey for what you get. It is definitely better than a Keg but not 2 times better considering the price. However the overall experience makes it worth a special occasion.
