Made reservations for 4 to celebrate a birthday. Was seated within a timely fashion. Our server was Johnathan and he was phenomenal. Personable and knowledgeable, he made the experience a 10 out of 10. The food was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and was the perfect temperature. Would definitely recommend.

So the staff are enthusiastic but inexperienced. My servers big pitch was that the steaks are usda grade and then said "we don't do any of that dry age stuff." Walmart has usda steaks but they don't charge 50 and up. The food was disappointing, the steak was a bad cut and the Brussel sprouts were room temp. The worst of it all was the cheesecake. They thought putting a solid layer of straight sour cream as a topping made it gourmet but it just ruined the whole taste. The ambiance/decor was really nice, minus these really cheap curtains which looks like the got on some sort of clearance sale. Overall if you've ever been to a really nice steakhouse, don't come here as they don't even come close.

We were there with our 15 year old twins for their birthday dinner. The birthday part of the dinner was not recalled by the staff until most of the way through the dinner. The table was not prepared for a birthday dinner in advance like it always has been in the past. The ball was dropped! We come here expecting a higher level of service. That did not happen this time.

We had asked for a particular server and ended up someone else. The server/assistant never removed our wine glasses once we decided to only have water. Our bread tray and plates were not removed. Due to table space I finally asked for the extra wine glasses and bread plate to be removed. We also had to ask for more water, it was not just filled as people went by. I was amazed at the number of servers/assistants who passed our table and left our water glasses low and extra things on the table. Also, we put on our reservation that we’re were celebrating a birthday and not a word was mentioned about it at all. I also put on our reservation that we needed a gluten friendly menu and it was not provided and we had to ask for it after we were seated. If you are going to ask for information about a special occasion on the reservation, it should be mentioned. Also, if there is a space for notes and we requested a gluten friendly menu, it should have been recognized. It was as if all the information provided besides the number of people for our table was ignored or found impertinent.

We frequently sit in the bar area at a high top as we prefer the atmosphere over the dining room. Last night was our first time having this particular server. We didn’t recognize her from previous trips. She seemed a little flustered at times, forgot a couple drinks at the bar and brought out wrong condiments. She was friendly but also seemed a little annoyed at times. Overall the food was great and we enjoyed our dinner.

The Restaurant is in need of major renovations. Looks awful, the same as 30 years ago. Carpet is old and dirty. Bathroom smelled awful and was not that clean. Food was just ok, for the price. The service was the only thing worth going to that restaurant.

We've dined here a number of times without any problems or issues. It was a little busy when we were there (about 5:30). Service seemed to lag because of it, but not to where we had to raise a fuss. Our food was very good. The steaks were not prepared quite to order. Mine came out under, so the mgr brought out one of their very hot plates and it helped a little. On the other hand, the leftovers will be delicious. So not the best visit we've ever experienced, but we'll be back to try again.
