   My waitress wasn't very good. I believe her name was Gia. Everything seemed delayed. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Our food and drinks pretty much came out at the same time. My husband's lamb chop was delicious and so were the sides but my steak tasted burnt. We usually try and have dessert when we come here but my experience wasn't what I expected for my birthday dinner. Usually everything is on point. Maybe I just picked the wrong night. Still love the place, just was a little disappointed in the night.

    Dakota was our server assistant and Drew was our server. It was my friends birthday and they ensured we had an amazing time they pulled out all the stops for us. and the food was absolutely amazing. Great dining experience, great service and great food.     Bartender was unfriendly & didn’t make much eye contact. We were seated at a decent table, waitor was great but overworked. Food was just okay. Sent one entree back as it was not cooked to specifics. It’s lost it ambiance for us. Way too expensive for lackluster experience.

    The food was excellent and our server, Mary, was awesome! My husband and I both ordered a filet and shrimp. It could not have been any better. The atmosphere was quite elegant and not too loud.

    They sat us next to the only other people on our side of the restaurant. When my steak came out, it was over cooked. They said they would get another on right away. 20 minutes later, my steak finally came out. I ordered it medium rare, and this time it was undercooked rare. I ate it anyway, as the wife was already done. They didn’t charge me for the steak, but it kinda put a damper on the evening.

    From the time I walked in the door greeted by the friendly hostesses to when I left it was an amazing experience. The service was outstanding…the best I had in a long time!! Not to mention the food!!! Bone-in filet was the most delicious, tender cut I have ever had. Started with an heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad, then to French onion soup…delicious!! I would highly Recommend Ruth’s Chris Savannah! I’m already looking forward to my next visit! :)

    Our party of three dined on Friday evening, May 12, 2023, and were served by Adam. The meal was outstanding and Adam was exceptional!! My sister-in-law is deaf and legally blind, and Adam was so KIND and went out of his way to make her feel totally at ease. Our experience Friday evening left such an impression on us that we dined there again on Mother’s Day, and of course requested Adam! He was just as pleasant and thoughtful as previously stated. KUDOS to Adam and the entire team at the Savannah Ruth’s Chris Steak House!!

    I have visited many locations but I must say this Savannah location is the BEST EVER. Food was amazing absolutely delicious. I also had that Best waiter in the restaurant Matty you are awesome thank you for making my first visit to this location a very memorable one. Your the best!!!!

    Outstanding sums it up. The food was OMG the absolute best ribeye I've ever had! Tender, juicy, flavorful (medium rare plus) It was perfect! Sides mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts were to die for. Couldn't have cooked them better in my own kitchen or my grandmothers! Wonderful service from our waiter. It was mothers day so parking was challenging. We were seated right away for party of 4, and waiter attended to us quickly. It did take a while for the food to be served but it was well worth the wait. They were full to capacity I'm sure, but never made us feel like we needed to hurry. When we finished our meal, we were able to continue our drinks and great discussion without the staff trying to hurry us out. Excellent service, expected from a restaurant of this caliber. T Ruth Chris did not disappoint on any level!

    This visit at Ruth’s Chris Savannah was below expectations compared to other times that we have visited. There was a hair in my husbands crab cake, even though they did take the charge off, the food was mediocre compared to the Ruth’s Chris in Jacksonville, and our stomachs were VERY uneasy the rest of the night when we made it home. The overall experience was okay. Server was very upbeat and attentive. However, I think we’ll take the drive to Jacksonville for our next visit!!
