   The food and atmosphere are very nice for a dinner designation. Menu is priced at the higher end leaving less of a value in your experience. You go to empress your date.

    The environment at Ruth's Chris Steak House is pleasant and very calm. The service was amazing as the waiter came by several times to take our order, answer questions and ask how our food/drinks were. The food was very delicious and presented to us very well. This was our first time going here and it did not disappoint! We would love to come here again in the future for a nice sit down experience. I would give this restaurant a 10/10 experience.

    Great service, great food, the appetizers could go down a bit in price as well as the wine since some of the wine isn’t high end but have high end prices. Otherwise, a great experience!

    There was a mix up with reservation time but the manger still accommodated my family to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Our server Kailey was great! Very personable & knowledgeable about the menu. Troy who assisted was great as well. Everyone who came to our table was friendly & made sure we were doing great the entire time!

    Amazing from start to finish. Everyone was extremely polite, wished us a Happy Anniversary based off of our note during reservation, offered suggestions from their favorite dishes. The food was beyond delicious and way too much for one meal, so we have quite a few leftovers as well. This was my first time but will not be my last.

    Took my husband out for his birthday and it was a great time. Our server Kayle was such a pleasure and the food was 5 stars good. They decorated the table with happy birthday sprinkles and gave us a beautiful table with great lighting. We will always dine at the Ruth Chris in Richmond.

    As always, I enjoyed my dinner at Ruth’s Chris but was a little disappointed in my steak. It was a bit over cooked (medium well) and had more of a “charred/burnt” taste than I prefer! I brought most of it home. The remainder of the meal, the appetizers and sides were great!

    I have been to the Ruth Chris in VA Beach many times but not the one in Richmond. Both excellent and both top notch experiences. It was my daughter's graduation from VCU and from the moment we entered the restaurant everyone made it special. The pianist played a little of the graduation march when we came in which made her feel special. The table had confetti which I always love that you add a little for special occasions. We never can decide on sides, so we always order too much. My whole family raved about the steak I went out of the box and got the blue cheese crust for my rib eye instead of my usual truffle crust. It was delicious and added a different flavor than I was expecting. The roasted brussel sprouts were everyones favorite and I would suggest the demi mushrooms they are fantastic! Then our server Jack he was excellent he really made the night even more special how he was very personal with us but knew exactly when to come to the table and we loved the conversation with him and recommendations. I cannot say enough about how great he was and spaced the meal out perfectly. I appreciate you all so much to make my daughters graduation dinner so special. I also really loved the look and feel of the restaurant in the house. The way the decor and wood partitions and glass were placed in the dining room. It felt we were out in the open, but it made it feel so private. BRAVO to Ruth Chris Richmond and our server Jack!

    We felt like “one of many” rather than special guests. The lobster was way over cooked. Our steaks were mixed up. And our waitress seemed rushed. We sent $470 for the three of us for a Mother’s Day dinner. Been much better in our past dinners.

    Upon arriving at the location, my wife and I were 6 minutes late, due to inclement weather. When we went inside, we checked in with the host. We had reservations for 6:15pm, we arrived at 6:21pm and wasn’t not seated until 6:40pm. With us having reservations, it’s a pretty lengthy wait time. Plus it was our wedding anniversary, as I had previously notified the location of. While waiting, we over heard a host complaining about having to comeback and get a booster seat for a guest. She stated “they asked for a kids menu. They knew they needed a booster seat, so why not tell me so I can make one trip. Ugh.” Now being in a service business, wouldn’t it have behooved her to ask/request the booster seat to the guest, if they are asking for a kids menu? Our server Nadia was extremely nice and professional, but it took over 15 minutes for someone to greet us at our table, once we were finally seated. The restaurant overall, was loud. A little too loud for the type of restaurant it is. We ordered the lamb chops, au gratin potatoes, sautéed spinach and the stuffed chicken. The chicken and spinach was amazing. The au gratin potatoes were okay. Didn’t pack a lot of flavor. The worst was the lamb chops. They were very bland. Absolutely no seasoning at all. I asked for medium well and received medium rare. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed in the experience, visiting other locations in the past, and the entire experience was flawless…
