   The food was very good but not as good as I expected from the reputation of the restaurant or the price. I ordered a filet medium rare and it came medium. The stake came on a greasy plate. The wedge salad was fresh, but was overdressed with blue cheese dressing. Some cherry tomatoes would have been a nice addition to the salad. The potatoes au gratin was ok, but a bit undercooked. The service itself was friendly and attentive.

   Mike was our server. He is extremely knowledgeable and appears to have a ton of experience. Very personable and helped educate us as to the importance of feedback regarding an experience with staff and a restaurant. With the exception of one Ruth’s Chris experience (Calgary Alberta), this was another 5 star experience with Ruth’s Chris.

   Steaks over cooked by a long way, waiters p picking up food before your even done Then manager comes out after over cooked steak complaint made it worse by addressing whole table. This is the reason no one complains looks like he has never had manager training or would know this For 1000.00 dolors not worth it at all just an over all joke of a night PS: it takes so long to get served I noticed this when I was there a couple nights before but it’s true very slow

   No parking. Unfriendly greeter at front door. He actually made me walk into the bar to produce my guest to prove that he was actually there. Had to reach over to the adjacent empty table to get our own silverware. Water refill staff were missing in action. If you are serious about selling $300 meals for two you better deliver value. Won’t go back to the Denver location and I am done buying gift cards for my staff.

   Overall a great restaurant and experience. They have a friendly wait staff that cares if the food comes out right. They are there to make your experience great! The food is amazing but some items are a touch high on the pricing.

    Overall a good experience. The tomahawk ribeye was excellent as was the veal ravioli. The old fashioned was way too sweet and the sides left room for improvement. The service was as expected for a restaurant of this caliber but was nothing special.

    Ordered medium rare steak. Received a rare almost raw steak. Came back rare again just to come out a 3rd time overcooked, burnt, and dry. Food took a long time to come out on top of that. Ordered 4 sides and they came out sub par. Never had this happen at any other Ruth’s Chris, and won’t be coming back to this location.

    We had the best steak & lobster dinner! We ordered the 11 oz Filet and Grilled Lobster. We started with the Wedge Salad and the accompaniments for dinner were Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Sweet Potato Casserole which was topped with brown sugar and pecans. Tyler & Brandon were our terrific servers ensuring that our entree’s were cooked just as requested and that all our dinner needs were met. The food was amazing. We will definitely be back!

    I took my fiancé out for his birthday, and we had dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak House. We enjoyed the 40 oz Porterhouse together along with the lobster mac and cheese and creamed spinach. Everything was so delicious & our servers were all so amazing and really took the time to get to know us. Of course, with high quality comes high prices, but it was well worth it.

    Service was great. Food wasn't bad, but below par. The BBQ shrimp used to be our favorite appetizer. But they add too much lemon juice so the citrus over powers the other flavors. It used to have a good buttery garlic flavor with a kick. The lobster bisque tasted mostly like the wine that wasn't cooked off enough. Our steaks were overcooked. Then they came out undercooked because they rushed it. I wish they had green beans or broccoli for sides still. The food is still good, but for a high end steakhouse. I expect better. We've been patrons of Ruth's Chris at least twice a year for the past 15 years. This one in particular.

    This was first time dining at new location in Denver - it is smaller than previous location near Coors field. Pleasant atmosphere and very accommodating our changes to the number in our reservation. Overall, we had a good experience and certainly would recommend it. It is somewhat pricey, but, would dine here again.

    The food was excellent as always and our main female server was excellent. However, the younger male that was serving with her was somewhat aggressive and just didn’t seem like he cared to be there. He was rushing us through our courses picking up plates before we were done eating, and I could see the main waitress was somewhat disturbed by this. Threw our stuff in a to go box and didn’t even give us a bag at first, until she brought one out. I’ll still be back, just maybe not try to rush your table through dinner in less than an hour.

    Our server Ryan , your hostess and Manager provided exceptional customer service! Ryan anticipated everyone’s needs and even split dishes in half for those couples that were sharing(they didn’t ask). It was a very nice touch and nice surprise for the guests in my party( some were 1st timers). He also offered suggestions for drinks! Our experience was Simply Amazing! Thank you!

    It was my husband’s birthday and I let the restaurant know in advance and when we got to the restaurant. My husband’s prime rib was overcooked and tough. We have been to multiple Ruth Chris restaurants while we are traveling and this one did not meet our expectations. I was disappointed that he did not enjoy his meal , as he always looks forward to prime rib.

    This by yet the Worst Ruth Chris, I have been too! It’s was like a Night Bar more than an upscale restaurant. The Food was half cooked…. steak Eventhough I was very specific how u wanted my STEAK, then Waiter forgot the rest of my order, so I had to wait for the rest food because of Lack of Attention to Detail. And the booth wasn’t clean still had previous guest food still in the booth seats and the table was set horrible like out of order etc.! It was a hot mess!

    Outstanding Valentines Day menu was still available!! Loved the combo for $62- the house salad, amazing 6 oz filet mignon (yes plenty of steak), lovely mashed potatoes and creamy spinach made the meal phenomenal! And to end it amaaazing cheesecake with light drizzle raspberry sauce and some fresh fruit that matches cheesecake well. Service was outstanding, ambience refined but not stuffy, and music of rock and roll, funk, light blues was in sync with this power meal!

    We were less than impressed. First the host took someone else back in our place. They should confirm last names on a busy night like Valentine’s. Then we were sat in the bar area. I made these reservations weeks in advance and expected to be dined in the preferred dining area. As a same sex couple, I feel like we were thrown to the overflow area and treated like friends or brothers. Very disappointing. Thankfully our server was nice, but his fellow back staff were not friendly to the extent of rudeness. In this type of restaurant I expect our water to be kept full and plates to be taken away. We sat with our empty bowls and entree plates for way too long. I also feel this was due to being sat in the bar area. It was really a 2nd class experience and did not feel like fine dining. We were also charged incorrectly for our bottle of wine. Do better!

    We’ve had outstanding meals at Ruth’s Chris in the past. Sadly, this experience was mediocre at best. First, we both ordered our steaks medium rare. Mine was cooked perfectly. However, my wife’s steak had no color at all and was closer to well. While they were happy to replace her steak, she ends up watching me eat and then I watch her eat. Secondly, the filets, which are normally very tender and delicious we’re neither. Ruth’s Chris is undoubtedly a credible establishment, but this time their steaks did not taste like prime beef. Just disappointed this time.

    The only reason we gave 4 stars for food instead of 5 is because we didn’t love the potatoes au gratin. They were just ok. However, the steak was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The service was spot on and the ambiance was beautiful. Dylan made a perfect old fashioned at the bar before dinner. Anthony was a very nice host and Mike gave us great table service. Nice to see great service.
