I regularly dine at Ruth’s Chris and can always expect top quality food and service and this occasion was no different. Really enjoyed dinner but need to complain about the very high price increases compared to our last visit in May. I understand costs have gone up as we all see, but these increases seem excessive. Even the wine is way up and charging over 3x the retail price (so probably 4x cost) is not very nice. If this issue isn’t addressed in a good way, I will have to limit my visits. Btw, I do not find the increases nearly as severe in other restaurants so this is a Ruth’s Chris issue.

I took my Sorority sister to celebrate her birthday. The service from the door to the kitchen was superb! The attention to details regarding her birthday from the table decorations, card and the personalized dessert they provided was unmatched! The food was spectacular!

Waitress was excellent! Food was good. Place was noisy and warm on a hot evening in FL. Not happy that such a limited number of sauces are available for steaks. Used to offer a peppercorn gravy that was great. Also, the fixed price menu does not include a fish dish….,it used to do so.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The Service was amazing. My husbands steak was cook perfect. But I had to send my filet back twice and still didn’t get it right. Was supposed to be medium. Got overcooked first time and then basically raw the second time. Everything else was amazing though. I just won’t be ordering filets anymore……

As always, our waiter Vlad was excellent. Unfortunately we noticed that the quality of food and steaks has declined over the last 4 to 6 months. This would be the 2nd time in a row that my bone in New York strip was brought out overcooked by far.

An absolute pleasure to dine back at Ruth's Chris after being out of town for a while. So nice to see everyone who makes us feel so welcome. Food was amazing - I myself am a fish eater and the Garlic Seabass is just amazing.

Everything was wonderful for my son’s birthday dinner, including a hand written card! The food and the service were superior! My only complaint was with the front desk. The checking in process was slow, the wait longer than expected and the staff was mediocre. Once seated everything was perfect!

Just as great as always. Sizzling crab cake was great..no filler just the real deal crabmeat. The sea bass was unbelievable too. Salad was very fresh. Fiends really enjoyed lamb chops. Other friend had salmon and shrimp. Everyone really really enjoyed their food. Sweet potato soufflé was to die for. I knew Ruth Chris would make us look good and wouldn’t disappoint.

We were there for our 49th wedding anniversary. They had rose petals and a card on the table, which was so special. Our waitress was friendly, very knowledgeable and accommodating. As a matter of fact the entire staff was friendly. I don’t eat red meat but my husband does and his filets was perfect. I love the crab cakes. We shared the creamed spinach and the potatoes al gratin. They gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. We had a wonderful finish to our anniversary.

The Ruth Chris Coconut Point location is one of our favorites. Our server, Erica, was pleasant, helpful and extremely personable. Our filet and lobster tails were prepared perfectly. The décor employed at this restaurant is one of our favorites. When we visit Naples we always try to include a Ruth Chris visit.
