We were 10 mins late to the reservation but other than that everything was good.service was alittle slow
We went to Ruth's Chris for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The food from our 4-course dinner was uniformly good, well-prepared. The staff was delightful.
Food was good but towards the end of the night, the service got really slow.
Overall it was god but the dining had a musty smell to it. Food is very expensive.
The food and service is fine but I find the decor dated.
Always a great night when we dine at Ruth’s Chris!
Every Ruth’s Chris we have been to is freezing. Is there some reason the a/c has to be cranked, even in winter? And maybe a splurge on insulated windows?
Great food, great service, quite place to conduct business - all the moons aligned here and it was a great success! ~M~
It was just ok...
Its very good - good value ‘Ruth Classic’ - always good!! You wont be disappointed...
Food yes, atmosphere no. It's an OK place, with a revised 70s steakhouse feel that feels like it's lost whatever might've been charming about it in the 70s. My steak was good, but my date wasn't crazy about hers. The open-air, square table arrangement without booths is awkward -- a great steakhouse will have more semi-private and comfortable spaces.
Never disappointed. Good food, Good Service. Good deal!!
Excellent service & atmosphere with excellent food!
This is the perfect location for a small business dinner meeting as well as a personal night out with someone special.
Five stars all around. A very pleasant evening. Personnel friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Everything we ordered was perfect....the hot sizzling plates were amazing!
Delicious food, non-intrusive staff and lovely atmosphere
A little dark as far as ambience but this has been our “go to” for a few years now.
Great steaks and nice ambient even if a little too dark for reading well the menù. Overall e great experience
Excellent customer service!
AMAZING. don’t ask. Just go.
It was my first time coming to this restaurant but my girlfriends raved about it so I had to try it. Pleasantly pleased with everything we ordered and completely stuffed by the end of the dinner. The service was great! Will definitely be back.
The food was amazing! Our waiter Aaron did such a great job for accommodating for all 9 of us. It just took longer than expected to get each of our courses that we ordered. But nonetheless it was a good first time experience!
I made a last minute reservation on a Friday night for my Husband birthday and we were extremely pleased with the ease of making the reservation, the customer service and support that we provided as we were trying to get there and upon our arrival. The food was great and the service during dinner was nice as well.
The food was just ok, except for the wedge salad which was very good. My filet seemed a little tough and dry.
Good food and service.
We had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine’s Day at Ruth’s Chris. We both had the lobster tail and steak special. Wonderful food, service, and ambiance!
My wife an I eat here quit often and the service is usually outstanding.. but this time it wasn’t very good.. being our anniversary I wasn’t satisfied with our visit.. I almost complained.. but my wife talk me out of it.. being a little over a $300 dollar check I still tipped 20% hoping it might motivate our waiter to work a little harder..!
We may just have to stick to the metropolitan grill next time..

Great place to celebrate an anniversary.
Having sampled all of the Steakhouses in Seattle area several times over I feel like I have a good gauge on the competition. First of all you need to cook a steak right and this place keeps missing on doneness. Second, the restaurant itself is in need of repair. Torn
leather chairs in the lobby, that you have to use because the front staff can’t be you seated on time for your reservation even when your the only one in the restaurant.
I went for dinner to celebrate with my husband for something and it’s just always a nice experience. The food is expensive but the servers are very kind and attentive, and I love the a la carte menu style.
Lobster Mac and cheese - needs updating. The menu needs to be updated with current receipes on sides.
Food was amazing! Steaks were cooked just like we wanted! Atmosphere was perfect! Our server Aaron was very knowledgeable and was always ready to answer any question we had. His assistant never left our drinks go empty. Overall amazing experience and will be back soon!
Quality of food and service was great. We were placed at a nice table but the overall lighting required us to use the light from our cell phones to be able to read the menu. The Petite Ribeye was juicy and tender. The sides were enough to share for 2 people. Nice dining experience.
It was great Aaron was our waiter and he was very attentive and a supreme pro!
Good food with good friends.
My wife and I thought the filet’s lacked flavor!! Plus the cut of filet varied between the both of us.This is amazing considering all the emphasis placed on their beef. Our shrimp was the same no flavor. The best part of our meal was the salad and desert. We were disappointed to say the least and we will goes elsewhere in town to have a good steak meal.
We went for a birthday and shared one of the big steaks. Everything is well prepared here.
I meet my friends at Ruth's Chris for steaks every year. We have a good meal, we know what we will get and we have a good time. It is expensive but not excessive. Nice but not uncomfortable. I have eaten at Ruth's Chris in Singapore, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Taipei, downtown Seattle and Beverly Hills. Always good. Jakarta is the weakest...
Had an excellent experience going there for my girlfriend’s birthday, the service was fantastic!
Ruth's Chris is one of our favorites, we enjoy going to the Bellevue location for both special occasions and when we visit this shopping mall at other times as well. I like the new Pris Fixe option on the lunch menu.
Best friend introduced my wife and I to his (long lost) newly reconnected high school sweetheart. Remarkable story of two people that should have spent their lives together, but the Vietnam War and others circumstances separated them for more 50 years. Then came Facebook and they reconnected.
We love Ruth’s Chris. Our waiter Trevor was terrific and most professional. The reason I did not give our “overall” experience 5-STARS was due the very loud patrons that were improperly dressed for a fine dining steak house. Everyone is afraid to enforce a dress code. Blue jeans, T-shirts, puffer attire is totally inappropriate. I felt like we were dining at the “Cheese Cake Factory”. We spent over $400 for 4 people. Might need to rethink Ruth’s Chris’s Bellevue location for future.
