   Fantastic dining experience. Our waiter, Eric, was knowledgeable about the menu and he was a genuinely nice guy. We also had another gentleman, Wolf, assisting and he was superb also. Drinks were delicious, appetizers were great, meals were spectacular, and desert was amazing. We enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience.

   Had custom surf and turf with steak and shrimp. Date had crab stuffed shrimp. Good. Highly recommend raw oysters. Could have had a dozen. Great taste and fresh. Our server, (can't remember his name) very friendly, knowledgeable and really knew his stuff. The view from our table was impeccable. Everyone from the front desk to the waiter, to the server provided exemplary service. Will certainly be back.

    We dined at the Rusty Scupper Baltimore and enjoyed our time. The service is fantastic. Arnest our server was on top of every request. The view is amazing right on the water. The food was really good although we had to re-fire two plates. The desserts are wonderful. When in Baltimore again we will come back.

    The view and service is spectacular. The seafood is the star of the show and above average, though not exceptional. You are really paying for view and ambiance which is well worth it. We also took out many meals and this was very disappointing. The portions were typically small. Without the ambiance and view, the takeout food did not stand on its own considering the high costs.

    Brunch is great - been going for years - but needs some minor changes that if carried out could easily go from great to phenomenal in my view. WHAT I LIKE: The atmosphere is lovely, the live jazz band adds a nice touch of class to the brunch experience, waitstaff is pleasant and attentive, and the location is spectacular which overlooks the Baltimore Harbor and is flanked by old wartime ships and military craft from a bygone era. A brunch visit is as much a history lesson as it is a relaxing and beautiful culinary destination. WHAT NEEDS TO IMPROVE: The food need to be consistently hot items and properly seasoned. Some of the items like the lobster pilaf rice and seafood pasta had zero flavor and was cold. There were a few more items that were either cold and/or unseasoned but they escape me at the moment. Fix these issues and RS is A++

    Overall we had a good experience; however, I feel we paid more for the experience and ambience than for the actual food which was good but not incredible. I also wish they had a bigger menu. The options were very limited

    The atmosphere was ok. The waiter was great. Not very knowledgeable of the wine list, but friendly. The food wasn’t up to par. We ordered the easiest meals on the menu. The shrimp n grits and crab Alfredo. The A&M’s was dry.. and the Alfredo was bland. The wine we ordered was just basic, but cost the most considering it was a ROSE.. plain.

    The waiter offered a new drink sweet like an amaretto sour. Not a good concoction for 15 dollars. Try someyhing else. It's actually too sweet. Other than that in-house experiment, everything was SOP. Waitstaff are very professional and knowledgeable.
