My restaurant is a cozy little gem in the heart of Winter Park, where we celebrate the ritual of authentic traditional recipes of Italian cuisine handed down to me by my family.
Each dish is prepared from scratch to order from the best quality ingredients.
Pasta, Gnocchi, Pizza and Bread are prepared in house by hand, as tradition dictates, with flour and water imported from Italy.
The Gelato (of which I greedily preserve the secret of traditional recipes and prepare myself using ONLY natural elements) it is definitely an experience that you will remember

We have had better experiences. This time we had a great server but the food was average. Meatballs were bready and had a mush consistency. Appetizer salad was small. There were a number of missing wines on the list that forced us to a bottle that was over $100 for a super Tuscan. This restaurant was better last time we went. Not sure if it was an off night or if they’ve begun a downward trend.

Food is always top notch here and last night was no exception. Pasta dishes are amazing and pizza among the best in the area. Service is similar. Not the greatest ambiance but adequate. I know restaurants are now charging for bread and I understand. I did not see it on the menu ( it could be there) but for me not having bread with pasta is like not having a glass of wine with pasta. Next time I will ask

We dine frequently at Rome's Flavors. Tatiana is the server who typically serves us. She is delightful and we enjoy her immensely. When we have been served by others, we have been please as well. Food is excellent/a different dining experience then is typical in WP.

We absolutely loved it. Our waitress was friendly and amazing. She recommended dishes and she was spot on!!!! The food was delicious , so much so that my husband wanted to order another plate of the pasta and shrimp. We will definitely be going back.

Brushetta was dry. Menu says sun dried tomatoes but they only had regular tomatoes. Server didn’t mentioned that. Pizza crust was too thick. Bronzino was good.

Romes Flavours is always a good experience for me. I have never had a bad meal there. The servers are very familiar with the menu which is a great help. I appreciate that very much. Inside was a bit noisy this time because of the table next to us. I think there is probably no way to control that. Just part of eating out on a busy night.

We have been to Rome’s several times. It’s always our preferred restaurant when visiting the area. Food is delicious (especially the freshly made pastas) and the service is beyond fantastic. Tatiana is one of our favorite servers. I would highly recommend.

Very pleasant eatery. Reservation was honored promptly, and we were offered a choice of inside or outside. Service throughout was excellent; server was knowledgeable, friendly, and checked back just when he should, and we never felt rushed at all. Food was beautifully presented and authentic, and it definitely felt like they didn't "Americanize" the food. The mussels were outstanding -- plentiful, impeccably fresh, perfectly cooked, and assertively flavored. The pasta was gently sauced in the correct Italian style. The wine selection was adequate, if rather overpriced. All in all, an enjoyable dining experience.

If you like fresh pasta, this is the place. Started with a generous portion of the velvet tomato soup with homemade crusty bread to dip and finished with the Bolognese Fettucine with mushrooms (on the side). Everything was delicious.

First time there for lunch. We started with the eggplant bruschetta recommended by our waitress, excellent. I had the carbonara that was made perfectly, not the typical knockoff made with bacon and Alfredo sauce. My wife had the gnocchi that was very good. We will definitely go back next time we’re in town. Thanks for a memorable meal

Rome's Flavours is one of our favorite restaurants. We choose to go there on special occasions and "just because!" The homemade pasta is exquisite. Service is excellent and Tatiana is our favorite server. Their Panna Cotta is the best I have ever had.

High end atmosphere, paired with beautifully homemade classic Italian dishes. Very impressed with the quality of everything we ordered. The chefs special mussels were juicy and flavorful in a red tomato sauce, my mother got the lamb with lemon asparagus, both were phenomenal, the meat was so tender and asparagus cooked perfectly. I had the fettuccine carbonara, amazing flavor and texture. Our waitress was such a delight as well, she took our wine preferences and pointed us towards what she’d recommend from the menu, on point. She was attentive and little playful without being intrusive. I don’t remember her name but she had auburn curly hair maybe 5, 3.
