   The food received was good. Sent out the wrong pork dish and took it back but was a long time to bring out the correct dish (Tomahawk Pork Chop) and it was way under-cooked (raw in the middle) when it came out so had to go back again. The other dishes were a bit over salted and the vegetables were under-cooked (like a little crispy but these were just not cooked as the should be). The deserts were wonderful and the team did make it right on the bad Pork Chop and removed it from the bill without having to ask. Don't know if was just a off night being a Monday night but not what I expected for the price.

   Roaring Fork is one of our favorite places to eat on special occasions. The food blows our minds every time we dine here and the service is excellent. The restaurant is beautiful, as well.

   Me and my husband went for our anniversary when we was seated it took 30 plus minutes just for our server to come and get our drinks, I order the grilled fish tacos, and it was the most awful thing to I put in my mouth, my husband thought so as well. Our server wasn't very good either didn't have good manners or even checked on us had to get another server just to get our issues taken caree of

   We went to celebrate a birthday, the food was amazing but the waiter was very unprofessional, not friendly and not attentive. He maybe said 3 words total to us. He didn't return from when we ordered to when we asked for the check. We weren't give any refills with our meal because he never came to check on us. As previously stated the food was amazing but the waiter completely ruined the experience that one would expect from such a high rated restaurant. Overall disappointed and would not recommend.

    Loved being seated on the deck by the water. Big cooling fan made it comfortable. The only thing irritating were the flies, and we had to keep food and drink covered with napkins.

    Always a great experience at Roaring Fork. Beautiful setting. Crab cakes and shrimp cocktail were perfect! Cocktails were fabulous as always.

    We were shown to our table and our server came for drink orders and up front apologized because they were a little slow due to being short on personnel. With that said, the service from there on was nothing but excellent. She was cheerful and efficient with our order and everything arrived perfectly timed from the Queso Con Puerco to our entrees of Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin. We enjoyed our meal along with a bottle of wine at a relaxed pace with excellent food and service! The only negative I have is we made reservations for the bar area and they seated a table next to us with a child who had a piercing scream and the parents just seemed to allow. I would suggest NOT seating children in the bar area.

    TripAdvisor find, near the Renaissance Hotel. Overall, food quality was good, steak was cool, quinoa was not very good. Trout and Redfish was excellent. Very nice atmosphere, lake view from inside or could dine out. Recommend giving the restaurant a try.

    We had the Waldorf salad and the 22 Oz ribeye. The steak was exceptional, but the steak mushroom side was excessively salty and the mushrooms didn’t seem fresh…more like canned. The Waldorf salad was very tasty and fresh with a light and slightly sweet dressing. We sat outside overlooking the lake. Quite pleasant. The service was great. Thanks, Liz!

    We received water way after our appetizers were brought, which was about 30 minutes after we had sat down on the outside patio on a very hot day. We have been here multiple times before and for some reason the food tasted different during this visit, not as tasty as before. Noise level and outside view were amazing though.

    Loved the food and service! Our waiter was so polite and accommodating to us not knowing what to order since everything sounded amazing. Also the bus boy, Jose was very polite and helpful and made our experience 100 times better! Thank you Roaring Fork!

    Made a Mother's Day reservation over a monnth ago for 5PM. Arrived on time and was seated relatively quickly ... however, we were seated at a table in an area which was extremely loud adjacent to the bar. There was a empty booth in a location which was not a loud and we asked our waitress if we could move to it. She said she would be happy to check which she did. She said unfortunately that booth was reserved and the people were due in 15 minutes. We completed our meal, almost $200 ... and the reserved booth remained EMPTY until after 6PM ... DISAPPOINTING SERVICE ...

    Mother's day disappointed. The server needs to be attentive should guests need to change their meal. The manager needs training on customer satisfaction; making up for long waits and slow service. Instead of offering a dessert or compensation, he offered to bag my spinach that came well after I had eaten the trout (which was very good). The gnats and poor service didn't make for a happy mother's day. I left hungry. Very sad for a $20+ plate restaurant.

    My wife, son, and I had a 1:25 reservation and were to find ample parking and several tables around us were empty. My wife had the trout, my son the Waldorf salad with chicken, and I the large gluteus maximus burger. The setting, service, and food were excellent and we will look forward to our next visit there!

    Food was poorly cooked and not good value. The description of items in the menu was misleading which caused disappointment. The service was very poor. The waiter did not check if we were satisfied, which we were not, and had a generally poor demeanor. Won't be going back.

    Restaurant advertised on their website that they offered a Sunday Brunch Buffett with all they have is a piece of paper with a few breakfast items. I asked when they planned on updating their website and the waitress didn’t know.
