Our service was way too slow. Took forever to get our drinks, the waiter smelled like he just got out of the bathroom, and the food took forever to come out. Luckily, it tasted good. That was the saving grace. I’ve heard that the rolls were awesome too. They were soggy and seemed like they were just warmed up in the microwave. Tasted like school cafeteria rolls.

We had a wonderful dining experience. Food was delicious as always, but having Chip as our server was really what made the meal. He is always prompt and friendly. He kept us well taken care of and entertained.

Riverfront Steakhouse is my favorite place for steak in Little Rock. The food is great, prices reasonable, and they are always consistent. I usually avoid restaurants in hotels, but do not make that mistake here. You can spend more money, but will not find a better steak! Ask for Chip, and enjoy your meal!

We were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Perfect evening. Chris was a sweet and very attentive server. Food was delicious. They made our evening very special!

Food was good however the salad bar needed attention due to no lettuce and several vegetable containers were empty. Steak was cooked as requested and delicious. We were sat in the atrium, which was drafty and cold. Our waiter was delightful, and very attentive. Sadly the entertainment wasn’t what we had hoped it would be.

Food was good. Only complaint is they sat somebody at our table while we are at the salad bar. If I hadn’t have been paying attention that would have gotten super awkward.

The surf and turf was delicious.Nice atmosphere.Table presentation was wonderful.Kept waiting on waitress more than we should’ve was the bad but overall a very nice experience.

Seating is rather odd in the atrium area. Drink service always very slow and drink menu needs to be updated. The bar could be a really cool place but needs some modern drinks , quality bartenders. Food was good as always but venue/drinks are lacking.

Well, I have been here twice, once for my anniversary and once for my birthday and it was nice except my steak was not good either time and I had the delmonico the first visit and a filet the second. The manager asked how our steaks were before we had a chance to try it. The parsley was yellow and had dirt on it. The table was not being cleared of glasses or plates when finished and one end of our table had 7 glasses before they were cleared. I also had a birthday voucher that was not honored so be careful of their emails. I will most likely not be returning.

The food was amazing but the service was poor. This is my 2nd visit in two weeks I was seated, and it took the waiter 30 minutes to come over to my table according to the waiter he was never told I was in his section I noticed the customer beside me was having the same issue. I love the food, not the service.

Great experience! We celebrated our son’s 10th anniversary of being diagnosed with and beating brain cancer! He was 23 months old and now 11. The staff was wonderful, and our waiter was so attentive to our son! Great food. Our son even said compliments to the chef. We all had steak, mashed potatoes/French fries, and crab Mac n cheese. For dessert they had molten lava cake, and I had the cheesecake. Excellent. Great for special occasions-definitely a splurge meal.😊

The food was great, but the service was not so much I took the server 20 minutes to take my order and never brought back my change as if he was going to get a tip. I got tired of waiting and left without the change.

The Good: The steak was wonderful as always. Our waiter Bryson was very attentive, and the ambiance was nice. We've had Chip in the past and he's also great. We'll miss seeing Ricky David Tripp. This is our special outing place and we'll definitely be back. The Bad: The seating near the door to the Benihana entrance was not great as an uncomfortable warm breeze came through those doors at times.

Thursday night special!!! Buy one get one prime rib? Very good prime rib. We asked for medium rare and they were medium-med well; no biggy! Mashed potatoes were good. We both added the salad bar, it was amazing!! No desserts, we had left overs. Samantha is perfect. We never wanted for anything.

Experience was awllful. They ran a special and ran out of food. They owner made us pay 30$ for each salad after waiting for 1 1/2 hour for food that we never got. Bad waiter. Just awlful for a SteakHouse

While Riverfront Steak House is to be commended for their ambiance (I have always enjoyed especially when they have live music) and their food (for the most part), the past two times for us have been sadly disappointing because of the service and food quality. We had hoped this time would have been better than our last poor experience a few years ago (yes, it took us that long to finally decide to go back) with an overcooked ribeye steak that was clearly not medium and a manager who did nothing about it other than bringing it back to us and embarrassingly claiming something about the lighting (despite the fact there was no pink left in that steak). Alas, unfortunately we once again had an unimpressive experience. Though our server was kind and trying, he was obviously inexperienced and failed to put our order in until at least 30 minutes later, according to the timing on the receipt. After an hour of patiently waiting, we respectfully brought it to the attention of another server because we could not see ours. The manager was kind enough to come out and say that it was coming, but what we received a few minutes later was okay prime rib atop lukewarm mashed potatoes that were nothing to write home about and which seemed hastily put on the plates. We weren't mad, just sadly disappointed. I hate to leave an entirely negative review, so despite all that, I can recommend their impressive salad bar, and I would return for it. Give them a shot. Perhaps you will have a delicious steak. I have no doubt they have that capability, they just need to work on their service.

As always, the food was delicious. All four of our steaks were cooked to our liking. The salad bar is of course the best! Excellent staff, friendly, helpful and tentative. A perfect evening with the family.

Pleasantly surprised that a steakhouse in a hotel was so good!! Date night with my husband started with the signature drinks of Sunset and Hawaiitini along with the shrimp cocktail. He had the ribeye with salad bar and mashed potatoes. I had surf and turf with a salad bar and baked potato. Both dinners came with a free lobster tail. It was a special for the evening so my dinner had a cold water and warm water lobster tail with a fillet. It was absolutely delicious and one of the best steaks. Husband said the best ribeyes was of the best he’s had. It was a great dinner and our waiter, Chip, was a delight and provided wonderful service !

This is a tradition whenever I'm an in town, the last meal before flying home and I usually have a few friends with me. Live relaxing talented musicians perform as we eat one of the best steaks I've ever had the Ribeye Delmonico. It's an expensive dinner but the manger and staff were amazing and you will get everything you pay for. Highly recommend this steak house.
