   It took to long to get our food and when we did get the food our meat was not cooked properly and the food was warm not hot. Definitely not worth $154 + $20 tip. I also think it's very deceptive not to make customers aware of the upcharge for using cash before receiving the bill. Last night was our first and last time dinning at River Stone Chophouse!     Enjoyed our dinner with friends at chophouse tonight. I had the halibut pan seared and it was perfectly prepared. Also the oysters on the half shell were delish. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed their meal as well, Bread pudding for dessert was a treat!

    Have enjoyed River Stone and have gone to this restaurant and others that the group owns but as with everything cost is going up and on top of that the management has decided to add a charge for using plastic. I paid cash but I believe this charge on top of others will hurt. Plus delaying seating and delays due to a party upstairs service was just not up to what they have been in the past. They were not busy either. Their prime night was good but not everything served was warm. Just not on par with past nights. So still good but at $200 for a night out not great.

    The atmosphere, food, service were all - top notch! The slight drawback was the location of the table. Our table was next to the kitchen entrance which was noisy. However, my family relative who's birthday we were celebrating had his hearing aids and he did not complain about the noise which was a relief. Back to the good stuff, the rest of the dining room was quiet and clean. The food was prepared perfectly and to our liking; the taste was outstanding. By far the service was incredible and our waitress did an amazing job ensuring we enjoyed every aspect of our meal. I would highly recommend Riverstone Chophouse to anyone!

    We chose the 4 course menu. Food was very good. Smashed potatoes lacked pizazz. Filet was a little tough. Cesar salad, salmon and Wine pairing were excellent. Creme Berle and Bread Pudding were excellent. Service was superb. Kudos to Patrick and the rest of the staff.

    Been there before and was great. This was our 36 Anniversary. Staff was great, food was awful. We both were eating and my wife finally said “this steak isn’t very good”. She had the strip. I had the $68 house special bone in rib eye. It was tough as leather and no flavor. Hers was similar. The $10 sweet potato casserole tasted like a whipped potato with a sprinkle of brown sugar. Next time we’ll go back to Ruth Chris. Or heck, Texas Roadhouse cooks a better steak. I don’t mind spending the money, but that was a total disappointment.

    It’s a nicely decorated restaurant, but for what you spend on a meal they shouldn’t be requiring patrons to pay additional fees for using cards at the establishment. The food is good, but not great for the price. The shrimp and grits tasted good, but for $29 I guess I expected more than five shrimp with the tails on them with some very, very rich grits and a little spicy sausage and peppers. I’m not sure I would return, at least not for brunch.

    Very rewarding experience. Atmosphere, service, food, and drinks were outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone who can appreciate fine dining. Server Carleigh was extremely attentive and we did not want for anything. The prime rib could be cut with a fork. The best we have ever had. The eggs benedict was unbelievable.     Our dining experience was delightful. We had a not so delightful experience there back in November and decided to give them another try. I'm so glad we did. Food was superb as was service in the dining room. Ate New York strip that was perfectly cooked. Smashed potatoes were delicious. Had beverages in the bar ahead of dinner and enjoyed a very excellent dirty martini. Will return soon.

    Food was moderate in quality. We had to send the Sirloin bites appetizer back as the meat was burnt and tough. Additionally another guest was seated adjacent to our table whose perfume was obnoxiously strong and made two in our party feel queasy. We informed the server but as she said 'what am I supposed to do?'!

    Came to Riverstone Chophouse to celebrate my mother in laws birthday and the experience was amazing. The food was outstanding and our server was friendly, attentive and helpful with the menu. Highly recommend the shellfish plateau and the sirloin bites for appetizers. I had the lamp chops and those were tender and the reduced sauce was something special. Overall a great place to have a nice dinner to celebrate someone.

    We had lamb chops and pork chops and shared -- both delicious -- and served with different vegetable & potato selections. We also had a chocolate hazelnut cake and a lemon creme brulee' that were outstanding. My fourth visit since Covid shutdowns and still an excellent choice!

    I do not want my review to viewed as negative as my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner while celebrating our 33 Anniversary. The quality and taste of both of our meals were cooked to perfection and the taste was exquisite. My only suggestion for improvement was the serving size of the Scottish Salmon seemed to very small compared to most Restaurants we have went to but again the taste was as good as you can get so bravo to the Chef. To close out review i would like to sing the praises of Patrick our server who as good at job as any one person could be. His personality complimented his attentiveness to our needs for water refills and simply checking to ensure we had everything we needed. My wife and I hope Patrick can be rewarded in some way as he surely is great at his job and we will be back not only because of the food and ambiance but more so because of the OUTSTANDING service we received 3/6/2023.     Reservation was @6:30, ordered just before or right after 7pm and our food did not arrive until quarter after 8. We were a party of 3, no apps outside of 6 raw oysters were ordered. 2 New York strip, and duck. They comped dessert, which we had to get to go because it was nearly 9pm. Food was good.     Food was just okay. Steak did not have any flavor unless you got the sauce on top. Steak came over cooked, which they corrected. Definitely not worth the price. There are other steak restaurants I enjoy a lot better for cheaper. It was our first visit. Checked it off the list; however, will not be returning.

    My husband and I came here for a belated Valentine's day celebration, and we were absolutely blown away. The restaurant itself is so beautiful, and has a lovely atmosphere. We did the chef's tastin memu and every course, along with their wine pairings, was delicious. The service was also fantastic, we felt taken care of without having too many interruptions to our time together. We definitely plan to come back for a date night in the future!

    Let’s just say they think VERY highly of their food. Some of the highest prices I’ve ever paid for an average meal. For example; $75 for a bowl of Risotto with 4 Shrimp, 3 Scallops, and a small Lobster tail. My Filet (Lobster Oscar-style) was ordered Med Rare. It came out very rare. The server saw how rare it was and immediately said he would have the kitchen re-fire it. Manager brought it back out and it was still very rare. Since I won’t send an item back to the kitchen twice, I gnawed on the Filet until I finished it. Service was good, the drinks were strong, our waiter was attentive, but I just can’t imagine paying more for a meal here as compared to somewhere elegant like Ruth’s Chris.
