What Insiders Are Saying
Angelini Osteria is one of the great Italian restaurants of Los Angeles.
The food here is a transcendental experience. There's not much one can say beyond that; it defies description in its excellence.
The food was not good like before
Pasta over cook
Risotto not great
Food is Excellent starting from appetizers to the dessert . Service from amazing
Consummate service and great food. It's ain't cheap, but it's definitely a nice night out!
Amazing place. Perfect service. Lovely all around
Great food that’s consistently good! thoroughly enjoyed the meals. We went twice in a week!
The food was undercooked and the host was rude and the service and people there were rude as well. I don’t recommend and I feel like it was a waste of money.
Completely overrated. Food was bland , appetizers were dry and tasteless. Pasta was also bland and underwhelming
Cena de dos personas, salón pequeño y acogedor, buena carta de vinos italianos y opciones de Napa, pastas hechas en casa y opción de pizza, cuenta con valet parking, recomendado el ragú de pato con pasta larga y profiteroles para el poste.
Angelini Osteria is the best Italian restaurant in LA!
The meal was delicious and the service outstanding. The sea urchin pasta was absolutely amazing! Desserts were also fantastic!
To expensive for what you get you have to ask the waitress every second for something that is missing on the table and it takes to long until you reach anyone. I also had the remind them for the birthday dinner. Disappointing
Second time here. Wonderful lunch with great friendly service. Love it
The food and service was outstanding ! We had home made spaghetti topped with summer black truffle, beet and mozzarella salad , Dover sole, sampled the pizza and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was amazing !
Best Italian Restaurant in Los Angeles!
Best Italian in the City. A Gem that will always be a regular destination.
Way to loud. Very crowded to the point that everyone that would walk by my side would hit my chair. Food is very good and service is ok but made me very anxious
I was there for my friend's birthday dinner. Such a cute restautrant with good vibes. Food was awesome, but waited too long for each entree. Will definitely come back :)
Excellent Italian food. Possibly the best in LA.
Best place in LA for great italian food. Its best for date night or with family. Tastiest italian food in the US. Best service in the least pretentious place in LA you really feel welcome by everyone. Couldn't pick a better place to have lunch or dinner.
Angelini Osteria never disappoints! Wonderful food, attentive waiters and fun crowd, I love dining there and showing my out-of-town visitors Angelini Osteria.
Angelini Osteria is one of our favorite restaurant in LA. Food is always on point and service is superb! Highly recommended. It’s worth the calories!
Great wonderful food. Loud
Best authentic Italian i've had in LA thus far. I will be in Milan next week so, great start!
Always the best food
Food was pretty good. Squid ink pasta had so much sand it was annoying. Truffle pasta was so overpriced and tasted like regular pasta. Service was great. Had a great time.
We love Angelini Osteria. The food is great and the service is outstanding!
Very vibrant little place, friendly staff, I was very satisfied with my food, definitely try pasta with sea urchins. Quite traditional as well, I would come again
Love the patio!!!!! Thank you for seating my date and I there :)
Angelini is always delicious and reliable, the service attentive.
We were a first clients for this evening. We been seated at 5:30, what was nice. But every dishes what was ordered was burned out including bread.
The restaurant is way over priced for this food.
Always outstanding, for many years both the food and service have always have been wonderful.
the pasta was fabulous as always but I thought $50 for 3 lamb chops on top of a bed of arugula was a little pricey
Ten years ago, I think this would have been considered a solid, recommendable Italian meal. But the bar has been raised in Los Angeles, and for these prices, the food is mediocre. Tried the lemon tagliolini, the gorgonzola and pear salad, the bombolotti all'amatriciana, and a salmon dish they brought to us on the house. Sadly, all were just a few notches above edible. Unmemorable experience overall.
Good food - service was very slow for lunch time largely due to our server forgetting to put our order in. Two of the items didn't even require much prep - it was a salad and melon dish - no cooking required. Although the chef provided a few small complimentary dishes until our food arrived we would have preferred receiving our food in a timely manner and save an extra hour on our lunch break.
Food was good but $80 per person including apps and dessert was overpriced for pasta. Portions were fairly small. Good service. Wine was good and I didn’t include that in the $80 per person.
