I always love Mangia Qi.
It’s a great atmosphere, wonderful food, good service
Perfect spot to entertain clients with a nice lunch. Service was punctual and attentive. I had the Crabcake sandwich which was
grilled to perfection and made with large chunks of crab. I certainly will bring more clients here for dinner!
My wife's truffle pasta was outstanding. Subtle truffle taste from truffle oil and shaved black truffles. My seared tuna had an unpleasant taste of smoke which some may like. I didn't. It was not mentioned when I asked about the rub noted on the menu. The server didn't know when I asked before ordering, and the word barbecue was mentioned when I complained. My orzo was excellent, as was the citrus cake served later. It was a very good meal at a place that should be excellent.
Exceptional, inspired food in Harrisburg! Amazing. The quail risotto was exquisite. Service is perfect, menu is thrilling. Can't find a single flaw, and for me, that's saying something :)
Fantastic food and service. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend for a date night out.
Excellent food and drinks, great atmosphere and service !
The food was excellent, however, we arrived right after they open and the welcoming was not very friendly, it was like they were not ready for us. They invited us to seat but did not offer us anything for while, I made a comment and the host ignored me, and then offered us something to drink, I would come back but never that early, after they were ready everything was fine! I was celebrating my birthday and was kind of disappointed for the poor welcoming!
Service and food were excellent. We had sidewalk seating and there were a lot of flies which impacted my ambiance rating. Clearly not the restaurant's fault but it did impact the overall experience.
As always, simply wonderful.
The restaurant was way too loud due to a large party of 12-14. It was my wife’s birthday and we brought her parents who had to remove their hearing aids. The background was too loud. Food was outstanding. Service was slow due to the above.
We love Mangia Qui! The food is creative and exceptionally well prepared.
It's one of my favorite restaurants in Harrisburg. Great for dinner with members or colleagues. Excellent- farm to table fresh. Yum!🍽
Great food at a great venue! The service was good and quick.
As always- top notch from the ambiance to the service and most importantly the food. We came for our anniversary and they met us with flutes of Prosecco. How nice! We’ve been coming here since they opened and will continue to do so. Their three restaurants: Mangia Qui, Rubicon and Suba are the best in Harrisburg.
Haven't been to Mangia Qui in a while, but it's still got a great menu and nice atmosphere. Seemed like just one server had the whole inside/outside so was pretty slow and had to leave my CC with someone to pay since it took so long to get the check, but overall food was good and she was doing her best.
Mangia Qui is one of the best restaurants you will find anywhere.
Loved everything we had and great service too!
Exceptional as always!
Mangia Qui never disappoints. The food, service, and atmosphere are always top-notch!
Everything from the service, to the food to the drinks was amazing. Highly recommend for date night!
We were there for Sunday brunch. So many choices on the menu. I had the grilled Naan bread with veggies and a poached egg on top. It was delicious. My husband had their scrambled egg special and he enjoyed it. Our server was helpful with a great personality. We will be back.
Excellent restaurant with stellar service. However, when listing the specials, the server should inform the customer of the prices of the specials when they vary greatly from the menu prices.
As always a wonderful dining experience
Server forgot the wine on our bill; when we pointed this out she corrected it, but without any apology or thanks. Food was amazing, had the halibut & fettuccine.
The food was good, but the portions was weird. I ordered the "market plate" which is described on the menu as "Grilled and marinated eggplant, roasted red peppers, mozzarella, basil pesto, sautéed greens, raisins, toasted asiago bread" ... it literally came with 3 small pieces of eggplant, didn't see any red peppers (?), and one small, melted ball of mozzarella. The plate was mostly the sauteed greens and green beans. As I said, it was really good food but it was not exactly what I imagined from the description. Probably wouldn't have ordered it if the description had been accurate.
The food was really delightful, prompt and cooked to order. Really enjoyed the polenta that came with my duck dish -- very unique preparation and a really complimentary flavor. The only complaint (if one could even call it that) was that my boyfriends cocktail (a spicy Mezcal concoction) was a lot more bitter than he was expecting. It mellowed as the ice melted though, and I thought it was reminiscent of a Mexican Negroni.
Overall, a really really enjoyable time, and amazing food and drink and service.
I was disappointed by this restaurant. We found the server arrogant and not pleasant. I believe the server can affect a good meal and enhance one that is not good. Having said that we did not enjoy this restaurant, however, will go back if in town again.
Best meal ever!!! Requested soft shell crab and they made it happen. Couldn’t be more appreciative for making it possible. Along with apricot juice, yum yum and coconut flan. I thought I was in heaven.
From start to finish-eccellente!
Agreed by all in our party!l
Food was just OK this time, the sandwich and soup really had no taste to it. Two fo the people that diens also said there's was so so.
My favorite brunch spot in Harrisburg. We always get the El Benedicto and Mangia Omelette.
Mangia Qui is always a treat. Winning dishes incorporate unusual ingredients like escargot or every day ingredients like eggs, but all are delectable. Thanks for another great meal!
As always it was a delicious and enjoyable experience as we introduced friends to Harrisburg and my favorite restaurant spot, Mangia Qui.
Food and staff were terrific! I would highly recommend
Here is the thing. I like both Rubicon and Mangia Qui, however, I made brunch reservations at MQ but was seated at Rubicon. I heard other guests saying the same thing. Menu online for MQ was different and that is what I wanted. Bummer. Will probably not go back for brunch as that was not forthcoming. Hope it doesn’t happen for dinner?
Favorite place for Sunday brunch.
Mangia Qui is by far our favorite restaurant in the Harrisburg area. This is our place to go for special occasions, friends and family get togethers, or just a nice evening out. The food, service and people are outstanding. We highly recommend!
One of the best restaurants in Harrisburg. We eat here frequently and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.
Fantastic lunch. Food was wonderful, service was personal. Always a favorite!
Jillian made it perfect!
